However, what you're missing is that you are misleadingly advertising your site as provably fair when clearly everything is server based and the whole thing is not provably fair.

It doesn't matter whether there is any actual foul play. The fact that you are engaging in misleading advertisement is shady at best and should be condemned.

The point is, the script that the owner bought is described as Provably Fair. The owner probably cannot even check it himself and relies only on information about the product he bought.
I think it would be best if he just confessed and removed the description that the casino is Provably Fair, then everyone would understand that he was simply cheated by the script's developers.

a lot of casinos at their starting stage give fake stats just to attract players. for me, as long as you are not screwed with your games or your deposits/withdrawals, that's fine. but of course, be cautious also as you don't know the site very well. though, it is always preferred if the site will be honest and transparent with their stats. this will give more credibility to the community. if you are hesitant to play, why not play on bigger casinos with proven track record?

Looking at their trust rating, I can say that I should avoid this at all cost and wearing such scam signature is not a good thing though of course, its hard to stop them and its the responsibility of a newbie to search first before playing on any site, I just hope that they will do this part to avoid such scam projects.

That scam signature has been spreading all over the forum, they keep on marketing that site even if there’s a lot of scam accusation. Anyway, same thing with BetAbit since they market this site on a wrong way and that issue should be solve if they are not a scam one. I didn’t try to play on this site because of that issue.

Nope. You still haven't fixed it.

If it were provably fair then we would know how the server secret were generated and that it couldn't be manipulated. Or there just wouldn't be a server secret, it's completely unnecessary and only prevents your card games from being provably fair.

You're basically shuffling the deck without letting us watch, and then allowing us to cut the deck. There's no proof that you haven't put the cards in a favorable order so that, for example, a royal flush can not be dealt.
