How long it it suppose to take to get money deposited? The old system was much better. You rent a rig send the fund done, none of this depositing funds nonsense.

I'm aware of that. i plan on revamping a number of things in V2 as time goes on. theres just a few things i need to do in the background first which will ease things a lot. One of them is fixing a lot of the old statistics to be correct all of the time

This happens at random times.

Also when it does show anything, it's never correct. It can say I'm 30% under and when I'm looking at available rigs and rented out rigs, I'm NOT under.

Very annoying feature that has never worked for me at least.

Did something happen to the rating system when switching to v2?

I was under #10 ranked for many weeks, suddenly I'm 150 lol.

And looking at user reviews I dont see any negative feedback. Hmm

Just some stuff that bothers me on v2.

Extremely slow
Not made for phones/pads, and since I check (I think most do) status on on my phone it is very annoying
Did not get a "your rig was rented" mail but message from customer works.
Colour theme looks like something for young kids

regarding the slowness. it will fix itself at the moment theres quite a lot of background processing going on so we can add another feature for users.
ill try and resolve the mobile view issues. we do have a mobile app coming soon.
ill check out the rented mais. i may have forgotten to enable them.
i can look into a different theme option for users who prefer

I just withdrew from the wallet 20 minutes ago and still nothing... Account shows as withdrawn..?

The payment arrived within an hour. Just slower than usual. All good though.

should work as before. those have stayed the same. more than likely the renter's pool is dead

First renter of my rig since v2 doesnt work

And betarigs now takes like a minute to load first page. Even china pages load faster for me  Roll Eyes

Hi,

I like to tell about my last experience with betarigs.

I rent a big rig with > 30 TH do do some mining on a pool.
The rig went offline directly after the 1. payment confirmation and did not come online.
I immediately wrote a ticket. (Like stated in the FAQ - they take care)
I got automatic mails that the ticket was cretaed.
After 6 hours I got this mail :

Hi **** ******,
I want to acknowledge that we have received your information.
However at this time, we are trying to do a system switch and can not enter it.
Your ticket information will be input tomorrow with the new system working.
Thank you.

OK I added another commet stating that the rig is still offline and there is no communication with the user possible
The renting time was over, the rig wasn't online for a second and the owner don't react to the messages.
I added another comment in the ticket system.

Today I got this mail in my Inbox:

Hi *** ***,
I apologize for the misfortune of your ticket timing.
Your ticket did not get entered in time to stop the payment to the rig owner since our new system was activated and now does payments manually.
Therefore, the rig owner was paid by our system for the rental.
Please contact the rig owner and ask for compensation.
Again, the timing was out of our control.
Thank you.

The Ticket was closed.

Sorry ? misfortune of my timing ? Timing out of control ? Is this a joke ?
Why don't you betarig people work on the "Rig offline" tickets while doing maintinance if the bound to a escow time frame.
or why don't you expand the escorw time while working on the System ?

if this is the way you treat cases like that - it's scam. If you state in your FAQ you take care about such cases and don't follow your promises - it's scam

I reopened the ticket and we will see waht happens.

What I don't understand is why people still rent from here for so expensive price and so many "tickets", when you can get stable, reliable hashrate for half a price at NH and never need to create a ticket for any kind of refunds... Cheesy

EDIT: Withdrawals seem to be going out normally. Sending looks to be working okay. PM me the amount and destination and i'll check it
