Hey Mont, thanks for the feedback. We had issues with all ETH deposits and withdrawals yesterday. As you can imagine this kept us quite busy. We actually had to remove the ETH option for several hours. Seems like the system is running more smoothly now and apologize for the inconvenience.

Well my friends i've finally decided to try this betting site and it was a big mistake

I am playing at Cloudbet for years, and yesterday i've deposited 0.7 ETH to Betcoin. First i've had to wait 4 hours for my deposit to be visible, ok, it happens.

Website is messy (childish), very hard to find what you are looking for, but i've managed to go live betting, changed odds to decimal, but when you open your betting match, odds are not decimal. Than i've tried to play, i'm usually playing single matches with normal stake... so i've tried to stake 20 chips, but no... they've saying max bet is 10 chips, ok, after i've tried 10 chips, it goes even lower, it has stopped somewhere around 0,70 chips... wtf? It was absolutely same with almost every match... but eventually i staked 7 or 10 chips at some (two) matches, after many many attempts, very annoying... No matter how much you stake, they just refuse to accept and tell you to put lower stake.

In a meantime i decided to play some slots, they look like 15th century slots, then i won some betting and decide to withdraw 50 chips, about 0.8 ETH. So i did my withdraw, and nothing happened after 24 hours. I contacted someone from chat support, they told me to withdraw again?? And voila... my chips are in balance again, so i did my withdraw again and contact them on Chat again... of course they've told me that my withdraw will be processed in the next 24 hours.... but i was already waiting for 28 hours....

Now i don't care, i am lost my patience with this frauds, i don't care if they never send me my money back, i am done with them. Don't go there please, there is so much better betting sites, you'll save your nerves because i've never seen something like this before. When i am playing at Cloudbet everything is perfect, instant deposit/withdraw, amazing support, big bonuses, and this? It's ridiculous.

Twitchy is correct, to receive a gaming license, we are unable to offer games in areas where it might be prohibited by law.
However, all accounts will remain active for withdrawals and player chat. If you are a citizen of any restricted country, you are prohibited from play, unless you have dual citizenship or another citizenship and access the website from a non-restricted country. The ip block only prevents people from depositing or playing in the restricted areas.
I hope I was able to clear this up. Please note that some of the things I said may be subject to change at some point but regardless of that, your coin will always be eligible and safe for withdrawal. Hopefully this cleared up some of these questions. Feel free to ask any more if you have them!

I believe they are in the process of acquiring a license with some regulatory body, which would most likely prevent all players from USA to play ( maybe just some states, not sure, probably France, UK, Portugal, Spain, Australia and any other market that;s currently regulated by government or is run by a Nutjob like N Korea or Syria).

As I have said before, I  have been miraculously convinced that there is a real decent chance they will distribute the BBJP to the players in a fair manner.  (They will not fuck you)

Assuming they do payout the BBJP ( which I hope to ne true, but will only believe when I see ), I was explicitly told that whatever you are paid you - will be able to withdraw - regardless of where you live - and despite the fact that you would be unable lost any of it back if you wanted to.

If you're in a restricted country, it's very possible your BBJP cashout will be your final transaction with Betcoin.

I think some reasonable questions at this point would be:

- What if we one were to live in restricted country, X (X) , but often travel to permitted country B (B).  Could a player gamble while in (B) without worry?

- What if a player makes a wager while in (B)  which isn't settled until some point after which the player has returned to (X)? (For example, a MLB future 8 months in advance)  Will they run into issues withdrawing?

I Don't really expect these questions to be answered very quickly, but ignoring them would likely result in future issues/rep damage.

Also, please advise players ASAP who you will be regulated by, what regulations you be following, and how to make official disputes.

I've been communicating with Betcoin support.  

Most of you will be just as shocked to read this as I am typing it - but - at this point, I think it's very likely true that Betcoin has indeed been acquired by new management.

More importantly, rather than stealing it, I think it's more likely than not that Betcoin will be paying out the balance of the BBJP in a fair manner (which will take quite a bit of effort on their part)

I suggest anyone with friends who have played on Betcoin over the past few years but haven't been active in the community recently keep an eye on this topic.

They have recently unbanned my account, ip and reinstated my VIP status.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, but in order to get our new gaming license we must restrict certain countries.

Why, after I have been using the site for years, all the way up to tonight even, I refresh the page and all of a sudden it says that this page is not available in my country?

The poker bonus chips were received as a deposit bonus which could be earned through poker play. Players did not contribute to to this. Like on every other site, that bonus had an expiration date. In this case, it was when poker ended. This prevents players who deposited 100 chips 2 years ago and only played enough to release 10 bonus chips from receiving the other 90 promotional chips they didn't earn. Another scenario is someone who deposited 100 chips 2 weeks ago and didn't play any poker not being able to double their money without earning the bonus. Earning deposit bonuses through rake which expire at some point is a standard throughout the industry.

The plan for the BBJ is to release a list showing that it was distributed in full. The new management group wants to be completely transparent about this. The biggest issue regarding this is account privacy, but we are thinking of ways that will satisfy everyone. Let us know if you have any suggestions.

A new group has bought into the site. Some of the staff will remain the same but many new people have been added as well. The focus going forward will be providing better customer service and faster ticket times.

Last time I used Betcoin to withdraw, it allowed LTC and ETH, is that still not the case and why not use them considering the Bitcoin fees problem is effecting everyone not really just a problem here.      Withdraw the LTC or ETH to an exchange if you feel like and convert it to BTC there.    I tend to avoid BTC use if I can, my last look for Bittrex for example showed I would have to pay 20 dollars to move the money which is highway robbery and the miners are way out of line thinking that idea can continue.
