You really think they plan on answering your questions?

If they don't, it should show their prospective victims their true intentions.

Betcoin support (who claimed they didn't work on the weekends) seems to be answering everyone's questions but mine.

Strange.

Here they are, one more time:

Why did you close your site to certain jurisdictions to "obtain gambling licences" only to reopen to those jurisdictions a week later?

What are the names of the "highly experienced poker group with many years experience in the industry"?

Where are the 43BTC that you owe to the BBJ?  Please sign addresses containing those funds.

What work did you do in the three weeks where you claimed to be pouring over data to pay out the BBJ?  Remember, you claimed after two weeks that there was SO MUCH data that you needed to hire more people...then a week later said there wasn't enough data.  Please post the results of this three week data crunching, even though it is "inconclusive".

here some ideas:

-get rid of the "google translate" and "chat with us" button from the bottom of the site (I don't want to be scrolling down the events and always click by mistake on those buttons, put them in the top bar in the middle);

- sports bets slip: when bet is accepted I only see the odds and not the selection (the workaround takes too much time, it should be straightforwarded visible on the right panel side);

- decimal odds: I have on my personal settings my preference on the decimals odds, but each time I enter in one event to see all the range of bets, the odds are ALWAYS displayed as US odds.

- mobile version, make it more user friendly;

- make the bars to scroll down wider

Thanks for the suggestions, we will review these. As far as the decimal odds issue, our sports provider is aware of it and working on it.

I'm also confused about what's going on here. It seems like the last month or so, every big announcement has been reversed in short order:

we're stealing the BBJ because our TOS says we can / just kidding, we're distributing the BBJ according to rake paid / just kidding, we're distributing it a different way because we hired the old staff back and they were too incompetent to do it(?)

the new owners are closing the poker site / the new owners are reopening the poker site / the new owners are reopening poker in general but closing the poker site to U.S. citizens because it's a stipulation of our gaming license / the new owners are accepting poker players from all countries

Seriously, what's going on here? Are the U.S. players going to be kicked off the site again after the BBJ has been distributed? Can we please get some specifics on when and how the BBJ will be divested?

Excellent questions and there will be an announcement soon once all of that is worked out. We are just giving the updates as they come in. More to follow.

"Excellent questions...we aren't answering any of them"

Why aren't you answering anyone's questions?  What happened to the "new management"?

Poker is set to return under the full management and control of a highly experienced poker group with many years experience in the industry. In order to maintain the highest level of security, the poker site is being completely separated from Betcoin.ag. This will facilitate the process and help to ensure against collusion and fraud. All player accounts will still be fully accessible, but the new poker site will have separate balances and deposit addresses. Both sites will maintain the highest level of customer service, while continuing the tradition of a great rewards program and fast withdrawals. Programming is still hoping to have this completed by Friday, January 26, however due to some complications, it may be the following week, at the latest. We will keep you updated throughout the week with regard to the progress as well as the updated rules on the Bad Beat Jackpot. We are excited to return poker to you. It will be a much improved experience and thank you very much for playing with us.

Hey, Betcoin

I have a proposition.

How about you lock this bullshit 'self-moderated' thread (<-- this is literally a link to the thread you're reading right now)  and either reopen your old non-self-moderated-thread (which was really only locked so that you could censor my posts, and the posts of a few others, all with valid points )  or create a new non-self-moderated-thread.

In exchange, I will lock the non-self-moderated-betcoin thread I started

I've got some more questions, but having Betcoins "self-moderated Official Betcoin thread" and Twitchyseals "Official Betcoin thread-but-not-self-moderated" going at the same time is a pain in the ass, and you seem to be much more reasonable than you were a few months ago, so maybe I'm not wasting my time asking. (Pardon the whole third person thing)

[Please don't respond to this post if your name is Jessica, or you are the person who has posted under the name of "Betcoin Jessica".  Ask someone else to do it for you.  For everyone's sake.]

This is an interesting proposition. You will notice that we have not deleted any of your (or anyone else's) posts on here in the last month or so. We have so much going on right now and obviously this is low on the priority list, but we will consider it once things settle down a bit.

The thing that you allow other cryptocurrencies is the best.
But, please fix the sportsbetting ticket system.

After we place a bet, there's no chance to see how it looks.

You can now view your bets in the dashboard page under transactions by clicking view on the transaction.

Update - We are continuing to go through the extensive data. We had to employ the former members in order to parse the data. Due to the complexity, it is taking longer than originally anticipated and we will have another update early next week. Thank you for your patience.

Please show proof that you in fact did parse all of the data that you claimed to.  Also please explain what data you don't have.

Remember: when it came past time for the payments, you put them off because you claimed that there was SO MUCH data that you couldn't get through it in time.  Now you claim there isn't enough data.  Please post proof of your work and sign addresses showing you control the BBJ funds.  None of this information is sensitive, but to prevent more FUD I'm fine with you showing this information to a trusted 3rd party like Twitchy or DanDruff.

Again: you put off making payments because you claimed you had too much data and now you are cancelling payments because you claim you don't have enough data.  Please reconcile these two statements.

Responding to FUD bots but not answering a simple question.

MEET THE NEW BOSS, SAME AS THE OLD BOSS!

Also still waiting on literally anyone who will admit to trusting Betcoin poker.

https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-now-open-all-players

At this time, Betcoin has reopened globally for both deposits and play. Players across the world are now able to wager in our casino and sportsbook without restriction. We are hoping to have poker back up by Wednesday, but it will return no later than Friday. A more detailed update will be posted tomorrow with more information about this, as well as the final decision on the new BBJ rules.
Thank you for your patience during throughout these changes and good luck to all!

The reason these funds are archived after a period of inactivity is to protect the players, so someone cannot hack into their account and withdraw their funds. Generally they can be unarchived right away upon request, but this was a large amount which required higher level management.

Guys its normal for funds to be archived after a very long (more than 1 year) period of inactivity. Some bookmakers even confiscate these funds and never give them back so its unfair to start complaining about something like this too.

Sounds like a lot of people are about to get their balances "archived" by Betcoin.

This matter was resolved almost immediately. What he was requesting could only be handled by one specific manager who was off Saturday (when he reached out) and Sunday. It was taken care of Monday.
