redditisforhippies what is your username?  We give away for more than $4 everyday and certainly would not "cheat" a player out of any amount of money including 4 bucks as we get close to offering 100 btc max wagers on prime events. 

the whole thing pissed me off so much i just wanted done with them. i forgot to add that my final email (i was still polite) was to close my account after they finally graded my soccer win and i got my money out. i'm a casino junkie and was thinking of some day of re-opening my account and if they are able to piece together who i am on there i do not think they would let me back after i publicly complained. but screw them, i got a couple different bitcoin casinos that have the same game providers they have now so it's no big deal to me any more. i figured maybe i could prevent someone new to this site losing actual large sums of money so here we are...

Don't know why you waited so long...they will not ban you for complaining...if they did I would have been banned a long time ago. LOL.

i was new there at the time. about a month old account. they could be selective scammers so be on guard at all times and take a screenshot with every step of placing a bet (though, again, the last time i bet there live there was no solid way of taking a screenshot with solid proof of what you are betting before you submit the bet). more details:

i bet over on the warriors/cavs game late. i saw over 178 and bet it. i moved away from nba betting years ago but i do not pass up winners when i see them. so yeah... right after i bet it said i bet under so i emailed them the second it happened as no one was on live chat. i told them it was an error and to cancel the bet PLEASE. now i know it's rare for a book to void a bet and really they only do it under extreme circumstances. of course they never replied till 6-8 hours after the game ended but they did grade the bet that lost in under 5 minutes as it indeed did go over. i had plenty of opportunities to hedge out of the bet and not lose a cent but i did not. i figured what with them knowingly in the past bringing up that their book even more so live betting is still being worked on as people complained about all the errors they have had and it being only 4 freaking bucks they'd void it.

the email i got was rude and smug and i was told their system does not make mistakes. to add insult to injury, i was waiting for them to grade a soccer bet to get my money out and leave. they took over a day to grade that game. keep in mind, every single email i sent them i was very polite even after the whole nba bet thing.

these guys must still be green in this business as you never ever cheat a gambler and we never forget no matter how small the stakes were. again, they treated a new user maybe a month old like this. they very well could have established a nice little client base (that includes you) and now are screwing the new players from time to time. again, an old trick. just screenshot the hell out of that place is all i can say. one day they may decide to rip you off if they get real big and can easily replace you.

edit; i forgot to add that while the game was still going on i emailed them again explaining at the exact time of that email, i had a chance to hedge out of it. this is what you get betcoin having almost non-existent CS and having no problems not correcting a 4 buck "error". though, since i'm new here most will not believe me. so congrats, you got away with treating a customer like crap and taking their money. however, i do have a sportsbookreview.com forum account that is very old. if any wants the account name PM me. so maybe betcoin you might lose a few new customers over horrible CS and stealing 4 bucks from someone? you morons, all of this over horrible CS that it looks like you still have not corrected and 4 bucks. i'm laughing.

Could you tell us the details? I have wagered over 120 btc in sportsbook, and was never cheated by them, I play betting here. 

Btw, what's your VIP level? So your issue isn't solved since NBA final?

these clowns cheated me in their sportsbook for a whole 4 bucks! i never, ever got any help before i quit after they cheated me. i contacted support about issues i had 11 or so times (if they had proper documentation on their site that 11 or so times i had to contact them would of been 0) and never got a single reply. scratch that, i did get one reply after they cheated me and it was them being smug assholes. i was always nice. they also grade games very slowly.

the cheating went down during the nba finals. i did not post about it here till now as i liked their casino and maybe wanted to play their casino again some day but fuck it. yes... 4 bucks. i bet on a total and made sure it was the right one before i confirmed but it changed after it confirmed. the way how you can confirm bets on that site is really shady. it's not possible to take a screenshot when in the middle of confirming as it does not show the proper info (it did not the last time i played there. this was a live bet). this is really an old trick the shady books have used for years.

again, 4 bucks! i will go into more info if any one cares but i suggest to avoid the sportsbook. the casino seemed fine and i hear their poker is good. but ask yourself, if they are willing to cheat you out of 4 bucks would you feel your money is safe?

what kind of tournaments and sig&go qualify to get status points? I paid about 25 chips in several days ago, but i still get 0 status points from the tournaments, I submitted a ticket but no reply.
