This is pretty typical and the reason I don't play on Betcoin. I don't want to monitor my bankroll 24/7 to make sure I got all winnings and refunds, seems they end up "missing" randomly all the time. Telling their Betcoin players that it isn't their problem and you need to contact WPN is a complete joke.

Did you just make a new account today to post this crap and try to hide a prior post where I indicated I have not received  my wininngs from a WPN tourny.

Seems to me that any time there is anything negative  posted, betcoin support  starts posting 10 inch postings. I am still waiting for a resolution reply to my opened ticket.

Its not a big amount its $22.50 or about 90 chips. But its troubling to think that if  you win a big one that they could try to pull a stunt  like this.

I placed 3rd in  WPN tournament played thru Betcoin today. Never got credted for the money won. Support  says they have to contact WPN because they don't see me as having played the tourny   What kind of craps is this? How can they  not see in the tournys results that I finished 3rd.when its there there now on the pc client.

Sportsbook 1 Chip Bet = 0.1 Status Points therefore 100 Chips Bet (0.1 btc) = 10 Status Points Earned

Poker 1 Chip Rake = 6 Status Points therefore 100 Chips Raked (0.1 btc) = 600 Status Points

Rewards
Betcoin offers an industry leading amount of rewards based on your level in the VIP program including the following:

SURPRISE BOX - The Surprise Box is a random prize that a player is eligible to receive every day. The prize can be a number of things such as a Casino or Poker Bonus, Free Spins, Status Points, Betcoin Points and so on. To claim the prize a player must log into their Betcoin.ag account. The size of the prize depends on the VIP level and the higher the level the greater the prize.

Betback - For every bet placed in the casino or sportsbook a percentage of that bet will be paid back to the player through a bonus in the casino and Betcoin Points in the sportsbook. The percentage paid back to the player is based in the VIP level. Betback applies to the casino and sportsbook only.

Casino Bonus - A Casino Bonus is a bonus that enables a player to play a select group of games for free. Each Casino Bonus usually has a minimum rollover requirement which must be met in order to receive the bonus chips.
