45 of these players were from Betcoin Poker and 17 of these Betcoin Poker players finished in the money with Fruits_of_Fib aka btcblade on Betcoin finishing in 17th place and winning 20 btc ($5,400). 40% of the Betcoin Poker players that entered finished

It was a very exciting day for Betcoin Poker players and based on the percentage of winners to entries from Betcoin, all Betcoin Poker players need to participate in the next millions tournament.

IMO, xiaoxiao means he offer 50% of rakeback of your lossback, for example if I lost 1 btc, he gets 20% commission = 0.2btc, and he return 50% * 0.2btc = 0.1btc. I don't know view is correct or not. Need his answer.

Do you ever happen to have "double up" tournaments? The type where the top 50% of the players get 2x each, rather than the normal method of like top 10%/pyramidal?

Hello Ranlo, we currently have some "Double or Nothing" SitnGo's but we do not have "Double or Nothing" tournaments at this time. This could be a good idea to test. How would you suggest the format of a "Double or Nothing" tournament?

I'm not sure what you mean by "format." They've been pretty rare on other sites, but basically, they just allow (I believe unlimited) players to join, and then take the total # and once it gets down to half that (i.e., if 80 joined, and there are 40 left) it automatically pays out to each player and ends the tournament. These don't come with rebuys and I don't believe they allow late joiners most of the time (as this could create an advantage to coming late, considering 50% of the players win).

Hope that helps! I haven't seen any of these in a long time elsewhere.

I don't play a lot of poker but haven't seen any tournament like that ever. But I would also like to play in something like that. Guess it would be easier to win something as many players just go all-in very early on in the game. Even better if it is a freeroll tournament, though it couldn't have unlimited players then.

I've seen them on "Juicy Stakes" (not sure how long ago) and a few other sites I've played on in the past.

With regards to a freeroll, I think this would be doable. Just take the formula like this:

PrizePool/(NumPlayers/2)=reward

So if there's a $10 prize pool and 200 players, 100 players each get $0.10

As for the real tournaments, I could see allowing rebuys, and increasing the prize pool accordingly, as well, just for added benefit. Could probably even allow rebuys in the freeroll and add the extra money to the prize pool.
