I'm a Silver2 VIP level player with over 50 successful withdraws. I submitted four withdraws yesterday and have received none of them so far. They are going on 16 hours now without being processed. I contacted support (as I was instruced to do the last time this happened, "You can submit multiple requests for sure and 15 hours plus will not be the norm. Sometimes withdrawals get backed up or in the review process. Always submit an email after 4 hours and you should have it quickly.") and got a very rude and dismissive email in reply. I responded asking for some more information/clarification and that email has been unanswered for 2 hours now.
Not sure what's changed in the couple of months that I took off. Change in management? Change in support? Things seem to be far worse now.
At Betcoin.ag as well as every online casino fiat or bitcoin we are constantly dealing with players trying to abuse the system and we don't believe that you are OhNevermindMe, but anytime withdrawals are submitted in the same amount of 0.03 btc multiple times and almost the exact time it must be examined to make sure that everything is as it should be. We treat all withdrawals the same and we know whether it is 20 btc or 0.03 btc it is very important to our players and work diligently to get them out. The irony we always find is that we did have withdrawals of 25 btc and 30 btc that were also delayed because of a thorough review and the several new support staff members we are training, but the 0.03 posted a negative comment, not the 25 or 30 btc. This has always been the case however.
We certainly appreciate you playing with us OhNevermindMe and you know we will always get things right. We would actually prefer instant deposits with zero transactions and instant withdrawals, but unfortunately there are too many abusers and cheaters that do not allow this to happen. BTC has been processed after 20 hours, two emails, and one forum post. I'm sorry that you feel that my action that I've given your poker room, sportsbook, and casino over the past 7 months has been "too small" and you feel you should demean my transaction size. I've given your site several thousand coins worth of action on my account, but even if I had only given a couple of bitcents worth of action I'd expect to be treated with respect and have my withdraws and emails processed and answered in a timely and professional manner. I've been told in the past, by your support,

I guess that was just another lie to pacify me while you "train new support". For over three months. I suggest you include the way you handled this situation as an example of "the wrong way to deal with a customer".
