Let me talk about that retarded support. I talked to the girl for 2 times,
first time: I waited for 1 and half hour, my balance was still 0, she said your site under mantainance and refused to add my btc( 5 confs already at that time)
Second time: after I got 0 balance after 3 hours deposit, i asked support again, and she didn't solve my issue, you guys know in this site, the nickname is not username, my nickname here is fuckingrich, and my username here is fox19891989, email: fox19891989@XXXXXX, and after I deposited 1btc here, fuckingrich shows i have 1btc balance, but in https://sports.betcoin.ag I still have 0 balance in fox19891989. So i asked the support where is my btc in fox19891989's balance.
But this retarded support started to accuse that I had 2 accounts, she threatened to ban my accounts, and she said it's impossible that 2 accounts have the same btc deposit addresses, but my addy of fox19891989 is actually same as fuckingrich, it means that they are the same account with 2 different names, i explained to her, but that retarded girl accused me have 3 accounts this time, it is a fucking insane&retarded support.
After that she said she deleted my fox19891989 account, after that I logged in https://sports.betcoin.ag with my fuckingrich, it said incorrect username, and my username fox19891989 is still there, balance is correct now - 1033 mbtc(so it is obvious that the deposit was delayed, why she didn't admit the fault, but started to attack me??), so that girl was totally wrong and threatened me, did the wrong accusations, and she was always saying bye to me, she didn't solve the issue but kept accusing incorrect bullshit. If i have 2-3 account here, how can i get balance in 2 accounts, and the deposit addresses were same?
I hope you team fire that support, she is incompetent to be a decent support here, very stupid and refused to admit here faults, even didn't say sorry to me and was urgently closed our conversation. I hope this girl won't revenge me and delete my accounts.
Looks like Betcoinsports has some problems of updating fast. So sometimes it could show your previous login's account and balance for the next several hours unless you manually click exit or log out.
You are right, better than that support, you can explain the correct reason but that support couldn't and she made me angry because she isn't familiar with their site and accused me a cheater!!
How can 2 accounts have the the same address, she didn't answer this question and refused to explain to me, started to accuse me again and again, and said bye at least 5 times, she is extremely unprofessional, I have never seen a support says bye to a customer, shouldn't the customer say goodbye first?

But this time I am really angry, I won't promote this site until you fire that retarded support.
