I can't believe that withdrawals are taking so long, tried withdrawing .03btc and 4 hrs has gone by and still pending LOL
Wait.I made withdrawals with large amount of btc (more than 10 BTC) and its was processed in 2-3 days without problem.
This is a safety feature. It is better to wait a few days than to be hacked.
That's true, I've complained about it in the past but its better to be secure. (although one time it took more than 48 hours and that's too long).
If they enabled 2-factor authentication and got another support employee to speed up responses to support tickets that would be ideal. Most crypto exchanges have 2fa now, crypto poker sites probably should as well.
We certainly want to have withdrawals as fast as possible and in many cases instant, however the issue arises because many of our players are playing in events with other players outside of Betcoin. Many times those funds need to be confirmed by second and third parties outside the control of Betcoin.

And it happens a lot on free-rolls, I got defeated with me having AA and other person calling with 59 and making 55 99.
2 days ago I joint Freeroll million dollar sunday-3 seats. I had pocket Queen and allin 1000 chips, and one guys also had 1k chips and called with 5Jo, and he got three of Jacks, it's ridiculous
, I don't know why this guy dared to call with 5Jo, or I guess maybe donk calls usually have good luck. 
Maybe another explanation: that player is the bot.
Even if the player is a bot, bot will never have the ability to predict future cards on the table as The cards will be reshuffle after each match ended and no one will be able to predicts the next cards so it could be called as lucky for that guy

I couldn't load the client. I was using the browser flash based one but it just didn't load, I tried for sometimes then I gave up and I think it's too late now as I have missed the above stated free-roll.
This was the same for me, so all you had to do was download the client and the the flash was not needed and you could have played, unless you don't have windows?
If you had linux then you could have downloaded it with wine.
Sorry to here you never made it because of that but like i said all you needed to do was download it and you would have played, on a side not i wasted my time any way playing for 3 hours to crash against someone calling my ak shove with 73.

This is a safety feature. Better to wait longer than become a victim of a hacker. Besides, support does not work on weekends.Support not working during the days of greatest traffic and the greatest demand for support, not a sensible decision by whoever is in charge.
