You really did not address my point. From my observations what you say about 45 Status Points = 0.02 btc bonus released is not correct. I released 0.1 btc after 3,800 Status Points. Something does not add up.

It appears that my SP and BP haven't updated for the last 48 hours.  Is there a known problem/lag?

I'd like a clarification on how the deposit bonus is released. (Big thanks to support for being awesome and revising my deposit bonus that I screwed up by making 2 smaller deposits instead of 1 larger one)

From what I can see via random observations of my profile info and wallet it seems that the bonus is released into a players' wallet in increments of 4 chips (0.004 btc) every ~160 status points. However in your explanation page it says it is released in increments of 20 chips (0.02 btc) for every 45 status points.

I could be wrong but there seems to be a large discrepancy between the information provided and reality. I'm not complaining about how fast the bonus is released, I'm very grateful and it's a great promotion, however your information should be correct so you are not providing false promises or misleading players.

Thanks everyone for the comments.  We really do work hard to take care of everyone as quickly as possible and we are expanding support.  We spend a great deal of time researching claims that are false, but we take every inquiry very seriously. 

I am sure betcoin doesnt have anything to do with this issue.
If they wanted to just take all your money they would have bigger fishes to fry then just someone with 8 or 10 thousand usd in their account.
Also a very valid question.
How is this scammer able to take your money out in batches or go into your email to accept the transfer
Its either someone very close to you or someone with access to everything which can only be you.

Regardless betcoin shouldnt care about this as this is an external matter. If someone from thier company is doing this then its a different story but i hardly doubt that.

LOL! This guys story is fishy in a dozen ways that all of you have pointed out. Let him handle it with support in private and not waste everyone's time with his tall tales in this thread. Guy is Bronze II rank yet keeps $8,000 in his account, has had problems with 3 betting sites in total, gets hacked by someone who doesn't steal all of the coins and doesn't choose to withdraw the coins immediately. This guy is either lying, up to something unsavory or incompetent. (Edit: okay maybe that last statement was a bit harsh, but as was said above: If you're getting hacked regularly for thousands of dollars you should probably take a look at how you're handling your financial security instead of getting flustered on obscure message boards.)

One thing that should be taken from this story though: Betcoin should require a confirmation e-mail for player-to-player transfers. Or require a confirmation e-mail for player-to-player transfers over a certain amount and an e-mail when more than x-number of transfers are placed in a day.  Requiring a password as suggested above wouldn't do anything if your account was already hacked, but a confirmation e-mail as is required for withdrawals would be useful. As long as you don't use the same password for e-mail and betcoin of course

My first thought is that you may have sold this individual chips (either for cash or for xfers on another site) and are trying to 'charge back' as it were.  But, if you are being truthful, it seems like you have a vulnerability.  As you have claimed that this has happened three times in a year and a half, it should be pretty evident to you that this is the case.  It may be a computer situation (someone put something on your computer a while back) or it may be a situation where someone in your home is accessing your computer behind your back.  I've seen situations where both have happened countless times in the online poker/sportsbetting community. 

If I were you, the first thing I would do is buy a secure computer to gamble with.  If you are gambling with five figure amounts, this is paramount.  Don't surf the web on it, don't download skype onto it, only use it to place your bets. 

More importantly, I think the owners need to ask themselves what I'm possibly trying to get out of this?  My only mistake was not noticing the 5.2 btc which were fraudulently transferred on 3-24.  When i logged in the account looked light but since i hadnt bet much since the SB, I wasnt sure.  Today I noticed it immediately because i had made two bets within 4 min my balance dropped 6 bitcoins and I did nothing to cause that.

Also, let me clarify, I wasnt even aware these account transfers were possible until today.  As anyone who plays at betcoin can attest to, the account history portion of the website is spotty at best.  They have changed their interface numerous times and it was never comprehensive until recently. 

This entire situation has left me frustrated. 

You need to read the stakebtc thread.  THEY lied about the IP issue.  THEY made the bets, free rolled me and then went offline hours later.  You're correct, nitrogen never admitted they were directly at fault, but they acknowledged I didnt make the transfer request from the IP i normally use and their security team caught this and returned the funds.   My machine is as secure as the antivirus software tells me it is.  So now we're talking about two sites: nitrogen and betcoin.  Betcoin still hasnt stated the transfers originated from my IP.  As soon as nitrogen introduced 2FA i never had an issue. 

I never claimed I didnt make bets except in the case of stakebtc, which i never did. Again, they were a scam and went offline not even 12 hours later after those fake bets were made by them. 

I have been seldom playing on betcoin.  Since the suberbowl I have played some NBA here and there but thats it.  Yes, I believe I have logged into my account from my phone before and I from a hotel in las vegas.  I never had any issues though until right now. 

I just changed my password at betcoin.

I dont know what the transfer history is going to prove, but i'll try and post it.
