Why do you find that interesting? A company gets paid (in your case, the payment is rake) and in exchange that company performs a service. When the company performs the service well/correctly, everything is fine because, to quote Chris Rock, "THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO!" When the company doesn't perform the service well/correctly, whether real or perceived, there are complaints. This is how things work. Now, I understand that certain situations require checks for security and find most "my cashout isn't instant" complaints to be unwarranted, but this seems to be your line any time anyone levels any sort of criticism your way. "We do it right some of the time, why do people never talk about that???" Because that's how the world works. Have you ever publicly lauded your bank because they correctly processed your transactions, or your power or cable company because they kept your power/cable on? Of course not. Because that is the expectation. You don't congratulate someone/some company when they meet expectations.
