why don't you answer the question that was posted to you by darkages.  Their customer service is not so good but they are usually very good at withdrawls.

Yes, unfortunately support is very bad and frequently ignores/insults customers. 

You should explain clearly what happened.  How much did you try to withdraw, how long has it been, and have you received it yet?  Take screenshots of your conversations with support and upload them to an image sharing site and post the links here.

I am new member of bitcointalk. org betcoin. ag as well ( first I was looking for bitcoin casino, sports, poker 14 days ago and I found betcoin.ag most trustworthy but I have to share my expreince with them and warn any other to join their site).

I deposited some money into betcoin.ag and I started playing. I was kind a lucky one and I earned in their casino more than 1BTC, also I bet really big in sports and won more than 1BTC. When luck turned against me I decided to withdraw my money. I was waiting 24 hours and nothing arrived so I contacted support.

Support said :

After 24 hours waiting for with. : WE HAVE TO UPLOAD OUR HOT WALLET BE PATIENT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR WITHDRAWAL SOON

After 72 hours : WE INVESTIGATE YOUR PROFIL DUE MISSING TRANSACTION PLEASE CREATE A TICKET

I created 3 tickets market to exact support manager and he replied 2x with totally nonsense ... just for example :

Betcoin Andrew: I dont' understand what you      1 day 2 hours ago
I dont' understand what you are saying here? Your account is one week old. Why do you say you were playing a really long time ago?

After 96 hours  : "TRANSLATED" YOUR PROFIL IS TOO YOUNG TO ASK FOR WITHDRAWAL

It looks that every new member of betcoin.ag have to wait month to get his money or what?!?!


I FELLOWED ALL THE RULES AND I DIDNT BREAKE EVEN ONE OF THEM, THEY WAS UPLOADING HOT WALLET FOR DAYS AND I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THEIR CREDITABILITY AS THEY DO NOT HELPS ANYHOW

I've told you many times why I choose to remain anonymous, but since you seem to have a short memory (maybe you just forgot everything during your little vacation) it's because I've seen the way that you and other Betcoin employees treat people like Twitchy who publicly ask you questions.  You insult, dox, and ban them!  Why would I ever want to subject myself to that?

Anyway, you never actually answered my question.  HOW did you get to the "20%" (now it's "20-40%") figure?  So many people have come out saying they have received these phishing emails that for that figure to be correct, you HAVE to have a collection of several hundred active users who you have contacted and they said that they didn't receive any of these emails (I've received over a dozen by the way).  Who are these users?  How did you contact them?  Because, again, nobody has said that they haven't received the phishing emails publicly and I haven't talked to any user who has received any sort of survey or private communication from you.

So it seems to be that one of the following HAS to be true:

1. You are lying about the number of your loyal users who have received phishing emails

2. You were sending your loyal users phishing emails

I honestly have no idea why you would do either.  If you could please be there for me and answer my question and not derail I'd really appreciate it.  Here is that question, one more time:
