Never got the free ticket promised..Betcoin is still the same. Bullshit all around. I sent the ticket 2 days ago, never answered, never got the ticket. Live support is not live. The hell with them. Keep the freaking bonus ticket. I guess you have to kiss ass to get the ticket for the stolen rake..

Have you trued looking at the situation objectively? If so, why would you think we are talking about pennies?

I don't mind at all if you disagree with me as long as you have a point which is somewhat logical.

It's a bit frustrating how you keep making these statements that you can't back up with any type of logic.  Several times I've taken the time to explain it to you, and it's as if you aren't interested in reality the way you ignore my response completely and eventually return with another ridiculous comment.

I have to agree, even though I'm in the us my work schedule does not allow me to play unless it's the weekends, and on the weekends I'm usualy with the family until later at night.

It's a +1 from me too. Moving it at least 2-3 hours earlier would work great for European players. Or maybe you could just change it for one week of the month etc

If you're apologizing for the bug, I don't think you really get it.


The real issue is the way you handled the situation from November 10th, when it was brought to your attention, till yesterday, almost 4 months later.

To whoever is in charge over at Betcoin, when you realize that you're taking money from your players that doesn't belong to you, you shouldn't be able to sleep until it's fixed.  You found out about this issue on November 10th, and did nothing till December 10th - that's 100x worse than the issue itself.  Why should anyone trust you?  You should be humbled by this experience, but your post seems as if you are trying to make yourself out as the hero.

When you finally realized something had to be done, this is how you began your statement:

Is this what you meant to say?  Do you really think you'll convince anyone (besides CrazyWack) that you did research and review so extensive it took 4 months?(!)

Is this a joke?  We get the point, you over paid players.  Had the situation been handled appropriately on November 10th, you may have an argument since it was an honest mistake.  As of November 12th, you were intentionally over-paying players, big difference.

It's very nice of you to basically give away so many daily coin tickets, I hope you didn't only do it to muffle the voices of those who are actually owed.

Honestly, I doubt they have bothered figuring out how to analyze hand histories yet.  I suspect anyone that submits will receive an offer they pull out of the air.  I could be wrong though, I hope I am.

If there's anyone that is either on the fence or definitely submitting, I'd be willing to analyze your data independently to figure out if it's worth it and then to compare my results with their offer.  Would need all the hand histories and you TSRB data.  Skype is twitchyseal (never do business with me over skype without confirming its really some other way)

This +1,000,000.  Twitch is due a ton of credit for staying in Betcoin's ass and forcing them to do the right thing.  This horrible part of this is that if he's still banned he won't be able to get his own overraked money back.  Sad.  Betcoin needs to do the right thing and reinstate his account.  It's also sad that they won't process refunds automatically as there are a ton of people who won't see the announcement and will thus not know they need to do something to get the money that was stolen from them returned.

For people who played cash games, don't be a sucker!  You have several months to submit a claim.  If you played cash games at all and didn't use the TSR, you are 100% due money.  Get it.

Extensive review my ass...without Twichy and the others they would not have accepted to return the funds.  I was  wrong at the beginning Twichy, you were able to force them to do something they did not want to do. Congrats.

Yes, I did.  THey think for some reason they think some players "technically owe funds to Betcoin"

I read how betcoin is going to be so generous by not "taking these funds" and instead giving a daily coin ticket to a tournament that they have no hope of filling without giving away tix neway.

I also responded to the post at 3:58.  At this time, there was no apology.

They AGAIN apologized and are offering a review of your account to see if they owe you. If you actualy owe them since the 100% rakeback promo was taking place then, they will give you a poker ticket...

im more excited to not have to see all the trolling then finding a few penny's.

After an extensive review, Betcoin Poker has been able to pinpoint rake overcharges and is offering refund or daily coin ticket until June 3, 2016.
