Yeah go ahead and spend the Holidays on your misguided witch hunt, while everyone is having fun with the family.

Ouch.  Good one.

Whats with the personal insults?  Feel free to pm me if there's something I've done to piss you off on a personal level, it seems like we have more history than I'm aware of.

I have a small question,
I have in my wallet - "Poker Bonus Chips: XX"
How can I release it?
Thanks.

Did you mean withdraw it? If that is there is a withdraw button in your wallet near to p2p transfer you can click on it. OR if you want to convert it to play chip you can do it also by clicking transfer

You can't withdraw poker bonus chips, you have to release them.

"bonus chips will be released into the player account at 15% of rake and tournament fees"

It doesn't pay out accurately though.  (for exampla: In about 30k hands ive paid over 3BTC in cash game rake plus over $1500 usd in WPN rake, but I've only released 0.396 BTC bonus chips.)

The last player Iknow of who tried to explain to them that they were not receiving what they were told they would (username: GirlScout) ended up getting "complain shamed" in chat by either william or paul(how can you complain when the rake is so low and the withdraw times are so fast?!?), they were also banned for a bit after posting about it on this forum.

they've given up on this forum, so we are accomplishing something.

I would much rather them have an active presence, admit their mistakes and misdeeds, and work to correct them.  Them closing up shop and ignoring even basic questions is a Very Bad Sign.

@Darkdays

I suppose accomplishment isn't the right word.  I agree it would be better if they maintained an active presence.

I think them leaving is a sign that we are making an impact.  There is no excuse for their actions and it seems as if they are not yet willing to "admit their mistakes and misdeeds, and work to correct them"  Maybe one day they will, maybe not.  Theyve done a good job at getting players to just stfu in the past, but failed here and imo only did more damage trying with all the lies.

I'm not done though, dont worry everyone Smiley  Have plans to bring even more attention to the scummy things betcoin has done, is doing and likely will continue to do.

Im not surprised they told you it's not a big deal.  I don't think they think it's a big deal either.  I'm trying to blow things into proportion and I don't think were there yet.  Getting closer though.

Nobody is claiming they cant payout tournaments.  You think a casino should be trusted because they have a lot of money?  Do you trust them more than any of the mega casinos around the world which are highly regulated?  They all have tons of money and have all been caught stealing money from players one way or another.

To clarify, my only point is that your "their owners have a lot of money so they would obviously never steal" is weak.

they have handed out so much in freebies to all of us (Free Spin Fridays, old surprise box, freerolls, handouts, etc) they were upset that the same players that received the freebies are now irate over some minor poker issues.  At the end of the day, the Poker room is improving and still hold the best rewards

They could give 1000 chips to every player every day for a month and it wouldn't make it ok for them to steal - even a little bit!  It also wouldn't give them the right to keep anything they "unintentionally took".  I think the only reason you are suggesting what they are doing is ok is because they are making you money and you don't really even know wtf is going on.

Low rake, freerolls, handout, freebies should be red flags, not justification, when discussing the ethics of a business.  They are not fixing their mistakes, they are bribing those who noticed and complained.

Also, for the record, we aren't just talking about a few chips.  We're talking about over 100 BTC since last Feb.

Having chatted with admin many times it seems that a lot of things are being blown out of proportion. They can easily payout multiple $1,000,000 guaranteed tournaments in crypto, so it doesn't seem to be about the money.  Are they trying to take a few extra chips from poker.  Absolutely not.  They own a full gaming platform which generates a lot more revenue.

And since they have handed out so much in freebies to all of us (Free Spin Fridays, old surprise box, freerolls, handouts, etc) they were upset that the same players that received the freebies are now irate over some minor poker issues.  At the end of the day, the Poker room is improving and still hold the best rewards.

None of that makes sense or is relevant to the discussion, it's just nonsense water carrying.  They have successfully taken tens if not hundreds of bitcoins in extra chips from poker.  Absolutely.  The fact that they didn't steal from a couple of players doesn't negate the funds that were stolen from hundreds.  Why do you see this as a "minor issue"?  Why won't the admin post on here?  What happened to "there are no difficult questions"?

Okay, yes!  The soft player field is a dream!  However, I truly would like to see the site succeed so I would not ignore unethical behavior....incompetent, maybe....but not unethical.

So what would you call ignoring valid questions that are being asked by legit members of the community?  To the point where they ABANDON THEIR OWN THREAD!  They were asked to clarify something they said about their "parent company"...ignored.  The fact that they have been illegally overraking hundreds of players over the course of a month was brought to their attention...ignored.  At what point, to you, do these activities and inactions cross over to the "unethical" area?

I think is silly to ask them to post in a public forum the name of the parent company when you consider the current online poker landscape, the fact that they allow players from every state, the fact that they also have sports betting and casinos games and the fact that criminal charges brought against Micon of former Seals with Clubs, which did not even offer Sports betting nor Casino games, which do not enjoy the DOJ opinion letter regarding online poker and that applies only to online poker. Are you people retarted???
This is an unregulated site with a miniscule player base with an Antigua domain. It is what it is, take it or leave

So no further comment on on why you think i should give up attempting to hold them accountable for their decisions?

by the way I agree it's probably not a great  idea to reveal who actually owns them, but they made the comment naming WPN and betcris in an attempt to gain trust from players, and I think it's very likely they are exaggerating reality at best and possibly straight up lying.

Are you people retarded??? Do you want to compare them to PS which does not take US players?

Just be happy that you can easily and quickly withdraw or that they have not disappeared with player funds, as so many others have done. You can easily withdraw and deposit and only what is needed to play on a given day. You are playing online poker not putting your money on a FDIC insured CD.
You should be more worried about loosing your entire stack by being a donkey than to worry about who is the freaking parent company.

I know you understand whats going on, and agree with me at least somewhat that they have done many unethical things and likely will do many more.

Why is it so important to you that I stop calling them out for it?  Maybe I am wasting my time, but I'm not going to stop - so why waste yours?  I don't understand.

This is just speculation but I think, as we've seen with some of the Stars pros recently, there are a lot of people who put money above ethics.  There are a few people who feast on the very soft Betcoin player pool and take full advantage of the admittedly very generous bonus/rakeback offers they provide.  They would rather look the other way on the unethical/incompetent things that go on because they don't want to risk upsetting that status quo and losing all of that free money.  What they don't understand is that this thinking is very short term.  For long term growth/success of a site, players need to feel that they are playing on a site that is honest, ethical, and competent.

This is all very true.  But wwwin isn't looking the other way though.  He knows betcoin is doing wrong but his posts encourage betcoin to keep doing wrong and players to not try and get them to stop.

So what did they ban you for? They usually only ban cheaters, colluders and bots.

They refused to tell me why I was banned.

They unbanned me a few days ago, not sure why.  I didn't ask or agree to do anything differently in the future.  I doubt they will explain why.

I don't know of anyone who's been banned for cheating, colluding or bots.  They shut down tons multi accounts if thats what you mean, but they don't always allow the player to keep their main account afaik.

I don't think you're a shill, although you do have one of the oldest active player accounts.

You really don't know what my attitude is...but TwichySeal is a SWC shill

Why?

Also, don't worry  about the money for the excessive rake...they will probably have a big freeroll to  make up for it soon.

Don't worry. If you dislike them so  much, they are shooting themselves in the foot with the inconspicuous rake increase notice and petty stuff like that...that is why they are not growing as fast as they should. With the fast payouts that they have, they should be much bigger than they are but they mess up in little stuff that they don't even realize makes players upset enough to play elsewhere. So everything  averages out. You don't need to be hounding them everyday. Maybe one day they will realize all the petty mistakes that they make.

Thats a cool site. I have never seen it before. I wonder how accurate it is. Their site normally says around 150-200 user online most of the time. vs the 48 max users that site says.

They only show cash games players, not tournaments.
