I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to.

What is your login name?  You can even PM us, but we are nearly 100% certain you will not provide it here or in pm because what you write simply is not true.

One last time and I'll put the important part all in caps for you:

Here's a polite Fuck You to Betcoin just in case they thought about making some lame ass attempt to try to help now. IT'S FAR TOO LATE. THE DAMAGE IS DONE AND IS NOW IRREPARABLE.

Why is it still so difficult for you to comprehend that? I do not want your help. You lost that opportunity. Help is what was needed 8, 6, 4, 2 months ago. You refused to help for weeks and months and then on the rare occasion that you did, you were arrogant and rude, which must be your defense mechanism for being grossly incompetent, and did not help whatsoever. Thus ~ 3 dozen unresolved tickets, ~ a dozen of which that were never even replied to (ex. entry fees not returned for tourneys that everyone on Betcoin was blocked from playing for hours on many occasions due to more incompetence on Betcoin not being capable of keeping their poker client running while all other WPN skins had zero problems, no rake back or status points or only a fraction of what was owed, entry fees not returned for unregistering in tourneys, the sudden switch to not giving any rakeback or status points for any tourney sattyed into, plenty of simple questions that were always ignored for no apparent reason even when it involved players scamming Betcoin/WPN, etc.)

Your days of screwing me are over and it is now my time to expose you. The huge difference is that I have morals so everything I do will be both legal and moral.

Finally, of course I am not giving you my username. You think I’d actually allow you to harass me just like you harass Twitchyseal and others? Hell no. I tried my best for months to get my issues resolved to no avail. Patience and pleasantries didn’t work. So now you are getting abrupt and abrasive. I have all the proof I need and I most certainly am not going to share any of it with you. I do not want anything from you. I’m here to stick up for what is right for myself and everyone else that got screwed by you, everyone that is currently getting screwed by you and everyone that you will screw in the future.

That bolded part mmmh .....

I call bullshit on the bolded part.  It's obvious what's going on here.  Good luck to everyone in the million dollar Sunday tournament.  A bit too long for me to play in!

Whats your Betcoin username then?

I've asked you in the past and you haven't responded.

If you call bullshit on tickets being unresolved, I've posted evidence it's true.

I can't understand why either ftw or hopen seem to be able to simply look past the blatant lies of Betcoin.

I'm following this thread with much interest and am not blind to Betcoin behaviour here (already posted in this thread or in dice one (not sure) my bad opinion on their behaviour about how one of them dealt with Dooglus).

What I don't find transparent is stating to have lots od unanswered tickets and, at the same time, refusing to provide (also in private) your nickname to betcoin.

Not blaming at you on this because you clearly argumentated your issues providing you username also (to allow them check your issues were true ones), asked for clear answers. Most of your questions looks legit ones in my eyes and, as already said, I'm much intereated in this thread because I'd like to read an answer here.

Being that said I don't think I'm to blame (from you I mean) only because my experience on Betcoin has been always positive til now, I never had any serious problem with them, my withdrawal requests has always been worked correctly and quickly, they have at the moment the best bitcoin-poker offer.

So you are to be respected for your opinion but the same concept is not working for me if mine is different from your?

What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?

Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.

What question(s) do you want answered?  There are no difficult questions.

I'm interested to know about your parent company, and how it "overlaps" with BetCris and the WPN, as you mentioned here:

Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily.  Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years.

I've seen people ask about that many times in this thread, and each time they do you ignore it, and follow up with 2 or 3 long posts repeating things you have already said many times. It could look to a suspicious mind as if you are avoiding the question.

So are you willing to answer? What is your parent company, and how is it connected to BetCris and/or the WPN?

Big tournament today at Betcoin Poker!

No doubt the cs is all geared up to help with questions.

"Live Chat

We are offline now"

Clicking on link for "Live Chat hours" brings up:

"Operating Hours
(America/Costa_Rica)"

and the rest is blank.

What a dog and pony show of a poker site.
A total fail, as always.

That reminds us as they have been asking for an api feed for a little while now so as to not estimate the numbers and we definitely need to get this to them.  Thank you.  We remember when we asked to be included on Poker Scout not too long ago when we finally had 24 hour ring action and we were told that our numbers were included in the WPN, then they got a chance to experience Betcoin Poker and included us separately.  This is why you don't see AmericasCardroom and Blackchip separately, but should see Full10Poker and a few other partners.  We will reach out to them.

Estimates seem a bit high.

Even with the weekly BitcoinTalk tournament you've been spamming over and over there are barely 30 players online (many of which are just bum hunting at empty HU tables) and its a Saturday afternoon in December!

So now that you've decided to acknowledge my existence again, would you mind responding to the question I keep asking?

Pretty Please?

Or maybe just one of darkdays questions if its too much to ask?

What question(s) do you want answered?

I've been posting them every day (but you already knew that because you hurry up and bump all of your outdated spam posts to try to cover them up).

Gogogo asked you to clarify your statement about "Our parent company and owners overlap with Betcris"

Twitchy asked why you said publicly that he is welcomed back when privately he is still banned and you are ignoring him

Twitchy and I asked why you lied to bitcoinnoisseur when you said that your ticketing system was under 6 months old when it is in fact over a year old

For the record:  This is at least the 8th time Betcoin has opened some line of communication with me and...

- Made sure to let me know how much I've been helping them get new player signups.
-Told me I should be getting paid for all the effort.
-Asked me what my questions were, as if I'd never asked them before.
-Told me I was always welcome back, and that they didn't want to ban me
-Ignore my response and leave account/ip banned.
-Repeat

That's a lie.  Any user can go to "profile" and click on "support" and see all of their open and closed tickets.  I personally have tickets from over 11 months ago.

What about Ticket #10000?  I'll bet you ticket #10000 was submitted over 8 months ago.  Right?

What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?

Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.

What question(s) do you want answered?  There are no difficult questions.  We know as we grow you can't please everyone but we certainly try.  We continue to experience very good growth in this industry and we are continuing to work on some remarkable improvements at Betcoin.  Fortunately, people enjoy experiencing opportunities for themselves and when they do experience Betcoin they stay at Betcoin.  Can improvements be made?  Absolutely and they will.  When your goal is to be the best gaming destination in the world, you will face many obstacles, however we will always do right by our wonderful players.  We know twitchyseal is so passionate because he had a great experience at Betcoin, he was in the community many hours daily even up until the ban.  He built up good account equity and made some friends with players and staff that still talk about him today.  If it wasn't something of value he would not spend this much time on a forum.  Betcoin's team is well funded and highly experienced and we look forward to providing an exceptional place to play for many years to come.

We don't endorse ftwbtc1's statement but there is some truth in it.  The only thing this dialogue does is drive more people to at least read about Betcoin and some visit and when they do they become long time players and for that we are very thankful.

Here's another I have just the text for (add 50 days to each "x" days ago):

OHYEAH on September 1st, 2015

Hi,
I’ve been tracking my buyins pretty closely throughout last month, and I’m pretty sure that I’m not being credited any Status or Betcoin points for WPN tournaments. I seem to be getting credited for cash games and betcoin tournaments very precisely, but 0 for anything on WPN both before and after the update.

I can’t get exact values because all of my casino play I don’t have tracked.
Before I put any more effort into it, could you let me know if I should be getting credit? And if so, can you easily calculate how much I’m missing? I can’t get exact values to prove I never got credit for any because all of my casino play I don’t have tracked, but I think it’s likely.

If that is a tedious process for you, I could probably figure it out in about 15-20 minutes as I have every hand and tournament summary Ive played in my pokertracker database.

I believe I would be Gold VIP at this point if the points were being credited properly.

Thanks!

OHYEAH, we have confirmed that your getting points for the tournaments you play and your account is accurate. Let's both watch it daily and then report back on Tuesday and we will be able to show you the accuracy in detail. Perhaps you should list out your tournaments and buyins with a screenshot and then put the data into this ticket on Tuesday.

Quick question to make it easier for me though. Are WPN tournament status/betcoin points programmed to update daily between 6 and 7am EST (along with the points from rake at cash games)? Or are the updated sporatically throughout the day ?

OHYEAH: Hi,1 week 2 days ago
Hi,

I was very busy for the last few weeks, and this has taken a lot of effort for me to go through all the logs and decipher the status point payments, something thats very tedious and easy to put off.

I am absolutely certain that i have not received well over half of the status points and rake back I should have at least as far back as July - likely since I first started.

If need be, I will put together, a detailed report to show without a doubt I am not being paid - that would take me a lot of time though due to the lack of Betcoin -> WPN Tournament Records.

I am mostly not getting paid for the bigger buyin events. I havent received any status points or rakeback on a single $215 or $530 mtt since July, for those tournaments alone, I paid almost $300 in rake!

So just on those 14 tournaments, I was shorted about 6000 status points and around 400 chips in rake back.

I believe I can prove that in total I have been shorted much much more than those figures, but calculating the vip level value is tricky.

Anyway just wanted to throw all this out there and hopefully work something out that doesn't involve many hours of crunching numbers in excel and gathering screen shots.

Betcoin Andrew: We welcome you to crunch1 week 2 days ago
We welcome you to crunch numbers because we are absolutely certain your VIP numbers are correct. The payouts are done when the tournament finishes and not on the day it starts you should note and tickets do not count towards it. What day in particular are you referring to so that I can show you that it is working properly. There have been a few players that come in here making these claims and then we take the time to show them very clearly that everything is accurate. We have many players that play regularly now and if it wasn't accurate, you would hear from them all.

Wait a minute, you're telling me nobody is receiving VIP benefits for tournaments they entered via satellite?

Is this intentional, or a programming oversite?

This is a very big deal, you're effectively reducing the value of every satellite by several %, on a site with an aggressive/necessary satellite schedule.

I hope this was just an over site in programming and not something Betcoin is going to attempt to defend. I dont want this to be a big deal, but we have to work something out for the past and future to make things right.

I satellite into every $109+ tourney I play and often $50+ as well, sometimes a few times, so at least we cleared up we've figured out one issue.

OHYEAH: I have confirmed that 5dimes,1 week 1 day ago
I have confirmed that 5dimes, ACR and BCP all payout rakeback / loyalty rewards the same whether you are entered through a satellite or buyin directly. I havent confirmed it, but I think it's extremely likely that betcoin is the only site on the WPN network that considers tournaments entered through a satellite any differently than bought in with cash.

I've been playing online since 2003 and do not know of any other site that has ever had this policy.

I've been here since March. Just since July I know this has cost me well over 9800 in status points, and $125 in rakeback by simply estimating how many $109, $215 and $530 tournaments I've played in that period.

Those figures dont include all the $55 and $60 tournaments or from March-June or the compound value loss by being a lower VIP for longer.

Please let me know how you guys feel.

OHYEAH: Tourneys entered via satellite dont receive RB or Points1 week 8 hours ago
I know you guys are busy, but I'd appreciate even a short answer as to whether or not this is a mistake you'd like to fix or a decision you stand by. Even if satellites aren't counted, I'm still missing a LOT of rakeback.
