Said my balance was 0 earlier when I logged in on the homepage. When I clicked wallet it showed correct balance. There was a service ANN on the homepage for last few days saying that there would be downtime. Don't worry folks it will be back.

Yeah, daily surprise box is missing now, support said it is down. And I couldn't log in sportsbook before, but I can do it now

I have just finished my poker session , when I was checking the cashier in the client then the client stopped working
I don't know if there is a bug in the cashier or something like that but everytime I open the cashier the client freeze and I need to close it and open it again
also when I use Betcoin.ag it shows server error , should I clear my cookies or what cause Betcoinpoker.com works good
and this day the daily surprise box didn't show up even more than 24hrs passes since my last claim

Now I was able to log in with client and actually see the wallet...but I see no place for bonus or bonus freed...I do see some comp points date yesterday and no way to convert them, what are these and how to convert to chips??? What happened to the deposit bonus remaining to be freed???
ALSO...CANNOT LOG IN THRU BROWSER SAYS MAY NEED TO RESET PW...but don't want to reset and then lose the ability to log in thru client since that now works somewhat WITH THE OLD PW...I am afraid to withdraw and have that disappear...has anyone withdrawn yet with the new system? I am missing the mystery box too..hell this is all a mystery...wish they would test this before going live...not good for players looking to join Betcoin and WATCHING this.

UPDATE:  Now I figured out that comp points are betcoin points because I have 2 different comp amount around 50 each and betcoin points are about 100 and see where to convert...but will not try yet until the dust settles...
STILL CAN'T LOG IN THRU WEB AND I DONT TO CHANGE PW AND LOSE THE CLIENT LOG IN TOO!!!!!!!!

Can you guys fix the web without having to reset the PW which works on client??? Thansk

I can't make any sports bets now.
[and yes, I tried transferring in and out of my main wallet from my poker wallet. No luck.]

I only play poker so this is not good for me...transfer to main to withdraw and then withdraw...deposit to main and then 2 pokers...I don't need this. BUT THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART...I Cannot log in on browser...and from client I can log in but the wallet page does not work and wants to dowload a file...a royal screw up if you ask me..like the other poster said why mess with something that is working fine???....and as I have said...they outsmart themselves sometimes...let's see how long it takes to correct all these new problems cause as of now its not usable.

This really cool and I'm so damn happy to have this update 
the two wallets thing will make it easier for me to track both of sports results and poker results

I did reset from the site, and used the "email form". I changed the password though and did not repeat the current one. Still it continues to work on the poker room (with the new pass), and it also worked with the old one before the reset, but it does not work on the website, either with the old one bfore the reset, or with the new one after the reset.

I'm getting 404 errors on a lot of pages... some are working and some aren't. For example, the main page keeps 404ing me, but if I click a link to a different page I can access most stuff.

Hello, I can't login on the website, but I don't have any problems login in at the poker room.
I saw the warning, saying that I could need to reset my password and I did, but the problem remains. I can login in the poker room, but I can't login at the website.

Glad to see two factor authentication on the short list.

What's comp-points, I find it on EVENTS page, I see I got 6 comp-points, I don't know what it is.

I was not saying it was a bug. I was used to have that in the other rooms, and I knew that it was possible to ask to see the hand on a showdown even when a player mucks his hand. Did not know that it was only supposed to be used when a player suspects collision, and that if someone abused of this request could be asked to leave the table.

Well no problem then, It was more a convenience than an issue.

Yeah, I see nothing wrong with how it is now. That's just like RL. Bettor has to show, caller doesn't. The only case when this is NOT true is if one person is all-in (and that will show both hands on Betcoin as well, so working as intended). Past that, a caller should never have to show their hand.

That is simply the intentional "game rule" on the whole WPN and not some software bug. I think it's more like live poker where you also can muck if you are not first to show.

Still I also prefer the way PokerStars etc do it (just write to HH.) But can't expect a change from Betcoin since it's bigger than just their software and would require a change from the much bigger network (and I am sure they had huge discussions/complaints already about that, like here on 2p2)

Hello, I've noticed that when I play poker and there is a showdown, that I won't be able to see that cards when a player looses and mucks his hand.
Normally when there is a showdown the players in the hand can request to see the cards even when a player mucks.

To make this possible, normally the software mucks the hand on the interface, but keeps it visible on the history, but I've noticed that your software does not do this.

Hope you can solve this in future updates, since this is an important part of the game. Sometimes I like to pay on the river just to get some info on my opponents and I can't do that like this. If I win the hand I won't know what he was holding, and sometimes that is exactly what I'm paying for.
