Have you even looked at the rake? They are charging 4% now with much higher caps, HU tables are 2% which seems good but they don't even have a cap! Does any other online site rake pots without a cap? I never heard of one.

This site seems serious and legit, but support is bad (not always but most of the time), and slow
Please improve support, no ticket should be left unanswered after a few hours, it is not sooo complicated, is it?
How to get rakeback? Just the more you play the more rakeback? I only play tournaments and the 10% fees seems high to me.

When they accidentally took 14 Bitcoin for the BBJP when it didn't actually exist, they used it for a freeroll instead of returning it to the players.(You can read about that here.)
Theyve admitted to using the money they confiscated from cheaters for a freeroll promotion instead of returning it to the victims.(you can read about that here)
Perhaps they will use the money that should be paid back directly to the players from taking too much rake for over a month.
Its probably well over 10 BTC.

Based on my understanding the BBJ is currently active and will be paid out if hit. I will get back to you about the other links mentioned. Please understand that English is a 2nd language to certain support members and there may have been misunderstandings. As far as I know most of my players and personal friends are beyond satisfied with the Poker Room and the WPN Shared Tournaments. They have been charging up to 5 times the rake they advertised for at LEAST the last 4 weeks.
They were aware this was happening at least 4 weeks ago, and simply ignored players who brought it to their attention.
They won't be refunding the players who overpaid.
Do you think this is ok?
They have a lot of new features going on and their hands are full, and I guess it takes more work than we thought for them to go into the system to fix everything based on my understanding. Nevertheless, the rake table is near flawless right now. Great place to play poker since the rake schedule has been programmed into the new software!

No it is certainly not okay to keep anything you are not entitled to. With that said, I can see what support meant when they said it wasn't really over raked (net gain) because many people benefited from higher rake due to the rewards they got. So those people are technically not entitled to the higher rewards either.
So for example if you are getting 100% tablestarter RB + VIP + Affiliate RB, you'd obviously be happy if the rake was as high as possible. At any rate, this was a tough call and support had to make a tough decision.
I agree, there's no reason to refund the players who received at least all of the rake they paid back already.
Do you think it's OK to not refund players who were overcharged and not eligible for at least 100% rake back.
