Which issue are you referring to helping me with once you get my username?

Also no one - including you - has yet to respond to the issue in those emails, reproduced in post #1050 above [posted July 1st, 6 days ago], as well as the issues in post #1054 above.
You ask what issues that we will help you with with your username? Your email / ticket related issues.
We will be able to help you with responding to your tickets / emails that you say were not responded to 2 weeks ago. We ask you for your username because we will be able to quickly look up your tickets / emails with your username because at present we are not seeing any outstanding tickets or emails.
As to your second point, no one has responded to the those emails because we don't have a username or email address to look up to find them and for some reason you refuse to provide that here and have your situation resolved.
As to your other question, we are adding in more and more wagering options which have been a bit delayed, but we will have many more wagering options in due time including the ones you have suggested.
You can pm it if you prefer of course as we prefer discussing your emails privately however will also resolve your issues publicly if you prefer.

The emails in questions are cut and pasted in full in post #1050.
If you'd paid attention and taken the time to RTFT you would know that you don't have to look for the emails because they're posted right here.

I will pm you my email address anyway in case it helps you find out why it's taken several weeks, a resend, about 6 posts, and posting on PeepsPlace thread, before getting any response.
FOLLOWUP - As stated, I did pm my email address to this person, and received the following pm back on July 9th (16 days ago):

Unsurprisingly, no response to date, 16 days later.
So to summarize:
April 2nd, 2015 - I send email with 3 suggestions.
April 3rd - Response -
"Excellent suggestions.

June 24th - I send email pointing out that I've given them over 2 months, well beyond the 2 weeks promised to make the additions to their site, and nothing has changed.
June 27th - I resend due to not receiving a response, despite numerous posts by them boasting of having increased greatly their cs support.
No response.
I post in this thread on
July 1st, 5th, and 6th.
No response.
I post in Peeps Place rating thread.
Perhaps he sent them a message, as finally a response here on July 7th.
The person responding here has clearly not bothered to take a few minutes to read my posts in this thread.
I pm the person my email address for the original emails sent months ago which were never responded to.

July 25th - Still no response after 16 days.
This is not just incompetent cs.
When a business is this untogether, that they're incapable of responding over a 2.5 month period, there are serious underlying problems.
I had a similar problem getting responses from BetVIP - although not near as bad as Betcoin - and they are out of business.
This book is beyond incompetent.
They take incompetence to record heights.
