I have been playing on Betcoin for quite some time and have achieved Gold I status.  I really appreciate and enjoy the VIP program and have seen it grow tremendously.  I play at other websites too, but Betcoin is my main website because of the rewards, constant improvements and community feel.  Also, you guys talk about odds straight up, but a Master level at Betcoin would nearly eliminate all house edge throughout the entire website in sports wagering, casino wagering and provide a substantial rakeback for poker play.  I will achieve this and report my findings back.  I am a winning player overall, but I also enjoy the fact that I am building a profile that also has value and they keep rewarding with more perks and bonuses. 

I support cry, and other casino also have betback or cashback promotions, and cloudbet has also a good VIP program, but the odds are higher than here, 10% higher odds can make more 10% profits, but do you offer a 10% betback or cashback for general users? No, it is only for those high level VIPs, like over golden level member can get high cashback and betback.

If you provide higher odds, I am sure you will get more btc gambling marketing shares, very easy, and you run the site from 2013, it is solid enough.

Your tile says you offer Boxing, yet there are zero boxing odds...what's up with that?

That's because we weren't talking about the VIP program.  We are talking about your lines, which you've promised for five+ weeks now to "tighten up".  For you to say "we have great lines" and then I say "they are worse than anyone else, what are you doing to make them better" and you to retort with "we have a VIP program!" is called moving the goalposts.

But let's look at the VIP program and see how it fits into the lines.  I'm at Silver2.  In order to get to that level one would have to wager 1,000,000 chips in the sportsbook, or 1000BTC.  Being at that level, I get .4% betback and 4% lossback.  So let's investigate what would happen if I bet using a 1BTC unit size on each side of the game on all the books that I listed:

Your line is:                   Philly +158/Cincy -196

I bet 1BTC on Philly to win 1.58BTC and 1.96BTC on Cincy to win 1BTC.  If Philly wins, I lose .38BTC + .008BTC betback and +.0152 lossback max (since your lossback is on the total won/lost for the day, not on each losing bet).  = -.3568BTC. 
If Cincy wins, I break even on the bets and get no lossback and get .008BTC betback = +.008BTC

Your bitcoin competitors:

Philly +160/Cincy -178 

I bet 1BTC on Philly to win 1.6BTC and 1.78BTC on Cincy to win 1BTC.  If Philly wins, I lose .18BTC; if Cincy wins I break even.

So as you can see, even with a lossback and betback rate that has come after wagering 1000BTC, the odds are still not in your favor.  The tiny couple of hundreds of a coin I'd stand to profit from the favorite winning doesn't overcome the tenths of a coin I'd lose more than your competitors if the dog wins.  You can, of course, do this same math only betting on one side and for the betback/lossback to make up the difference you'd have to wager hundreds of coins (which is over your max bet), in addition to having to have had previously wagered thousands of coins on bad lines in order to be at the appropriate rewards level.

Again, it's just not competitive.  I love your site but your lines need some major work before they are competitive and worth betting on.

Your examination fails to mention our VIP program which provides bet back and loss back for every wager placed, which most books do not offer for many reasons.  As one of the few books in bitcoin and fiat that gives you bitcoin back every time you wager and gives you even more bitcoin back any time you lose we are currently working with the balances.  Our bet back and loss back programs are paying our players a significant amount of bitcoin back for every wager placed and losses which many other books don't even have to measure into their spreads.  Many of our players understand and see every day the benefits that Betcoin continues to offer with our highly rewarding VIP levels, Bet back and Loss back programs and understand it's not just about raw lines but the totality of the benefits and experience provided by a book.

Right, but I'm asking for specifics.  What specifically have you done in the last five weeks to improve/tighten up your lines?  Seems like it is an easy one day process...reduce your juice.  Has this been done?  If not, why not? 

I'll give you one random example.  US Baseball...what should be one of the most popular markets and thus one of the most competitive juice-wise (since the more volume you get, the tighter the lines can be and you still make money).  The first game up right now is Philly and Cincy.

So you can see, five weeks after you solicited feedback and received it, your lines on every side of the game are the worst among pretty much all the major books.  If you have hired MULTIPLE professionals to revamp the sportsbook and the lines on a major market are still 40 CENTS while all of your competitors are 20 cents or better, you've been taken. 

We hired several new sports professionals to revamp the sportsbook book in its entirety.  We have reduced juice for many markets increased juice on some obscure markets, cut some other markets out in their entirety, 5x multiple our live wagering options and we are continuing to improve all of this everyday.  We are also developing some competitions and promotions that will be very exciting.  We have seen our volume increase very well and we are also preparing for 24/7 live chat, ticket and PHONE customer support with sports!

5 weeks ago you announced that you reduced juice in your sportsbook and asked for feedback.  Many people (myself included) pointed out that your lines were still far worse than all of your competitors.  We were told that you appreciated the feedback and would work on improving your lines.  These same concerns are being voiced now, and are getting the same response. 

What has been done in the previous 5 weeks to improve/tighten up your lines?

Excellent analysis guys and we appreciate the feedback.  For our tennis lines we are still certainly improving these as our other lines for basketball and baseball are getting tighter as well.  We will also feature all singles matches for French Open in our live wagering options. 

The situation is even worse in over/under bets.
Take the game Murray vs Ferrer as an example, the odds for Over 39.5 is 1.76 (vs 1.90 on cloudbet) and the odds for Under 39.5 is 1.78 (vs 1.94).

Some of your odds are lower than other, I bet on tennis currently here, but I find these 4 matches are lower than fiat sportsbooks and cloudbet.

Cloudbet's odds of roger is 1.46, david ferrer 2.87, nadal 3.5, I think you should improve your odds, or people may leave here.   

And you should increase the bet limit actually, 2.5btc per bet is too low, cloudbet 50BTC limit is cool, although I have never bet there, I may play there in the future because they have better odds.
