Well, Betcoinsports is consistent.

No promised follow thru to the email you sent me on April 3rd.

No response to date to the email I sent you on June 24th, nor the 2nd send (after getting no response) on June 26th.

No response to my followup post here of July 1st, recounting the above. (Post #1050 - above).


I'm really glad you've hired a large 24/7 support team, including a dedicated person for this thread.

Have they all passed away?

And the following day (April 3rd) was pleased to get this response:

because you're not listing any NRL games for this weekend, whereas other books are currently listing all 8 games for this weekend.

Can you give an MLB option for Listed Pitchers.

We did improve and enhance the system and stopped the abuse immediately.  He then tried another form of abuse and we stopped that and this is exactly why he is complaining now.  He is complaining because he is no longer able to abuse the system in anyway.  That's what is unbelievable.

We tried to discuss this privately with you, but you chose to make it public and in fact said that you will not speak privately about it and we do not mind addressing publicly with you, but if we are going to do it publicly it is necessary to share your information so we know who we are dealing with and can provide the proper support.  The majority of your wins were due to an error in the system and you were still paid out for them and you have received many emails for violating the wagering maximum rules for a particular wager.  Your account was suspended for abuse, you promised to stop yet continued again and then you complain about abusing the system even when you were sent an email informing you of everything that has happened.  And you still continue playing! 

Here is your timeline - Join, abuse, win big from a technical failure on our part, get paid (no problem it was our fault and 20 btc loss), abuse, get warned and banned, agree to not abuse, unbanned, abuse, abuse, win more, get maximums reduced for smaller markets and then complain and then still play with us!

So if you place 2 bets on different spreads on the same event on the same period then you are an abuser too.
Fortunately only betcoinsports is thinking in this way. ( If not then I am a big abuser of more then 30 bookmakers who never noticed it. )
My bets 80% was on basketball  and my limit was always 0.25 BTC , I have bigger limit only on tennis until last month, so i am abusing betcoinsports with 60$ bets. )


I have never placed 2 bets on the same market on the same side. (I have my whole betting history, i can share it if somebody want to check it)

We must start this post by stating that we are very disappointed that we even had to take the time to research this.  The player abused the system on many occasions and even in his stated case was attempting to abuse the system and then posts this, yet continues to deposit and play with us.  It's very disappointing.

We had a chance to review your your post sbrzol aka Atizaki and we clearly see why you chose to leave out your BetcoinSports name as well as any identifying ticket numbers and this is because you have been warned several times regarding abuse of the system and wagering maximums.  In this instance, you have placed two bets on 23/06/15 on the game KIA Sorento - Meralco Bolts and then another two bets on 24/06/15 on the same game. One bet was cancelled on 23rd and another one on 24th. In both cases it has been clearly made out to you that due to the severe abuse of our Terms & Conditions your account has been limited to 250 mbtc bet amounts on lower tiered, less trafficed games. On that occassion you were allowed to bet on the same game again on the next day and the subsequent bet was cancelled and refunded. Also we have to mention that because of the two bet cancellations you actually saved over 100mbtc. Since you choose to write this in the forum, which we don't mind, we kindly ask you to confirm that this is your bet balance at betcoin.ag for the last six months:

Total Profit: mBTC 130,037.29 Total Stake: mBTC 103,433.80

The figures above show that you had won over 26BTC on betcoinsports.com which have been paid out to you, although as we later found out that these winnings were mainly from abusing our system by placing multiple bets on events that had already taken place and taking advantage of a flaw in our system that we had at that point when the sportsbook was first launched . You also forget to mention the countless emails we have sent to you for bets that we kept voiding due to you placing multiple bets on the same event trying to avoid the limits we have in place and by doing so violating our Terms & Conditions time and time again. We take abuse very seriously and we have taken appropriate measures to stop any further attempts from your side to continue profiting from your violations of the terms and conditions. (I noticed that my account suspended I thought it is only a mistake so I waited 2-3 days before contact to you.  After 1 support ticket and half an hour live chat with two agent (2nd one is not read my conservation with 1st agent and ask/claim such thing that i wrote 10 minutes earlier, 2nd agent promised me that i would be able to withdraw within 1 hour, but, 16 hours later i had to contact you again to reenable withdrawal  , not to mention that 1 had to contact you at least 10 times ,    4-5 times i had to ask you to complete my withdrawal after 12-24 hours,   1-2 times to resettle my bets,( it was winner not lost), and 1 time you  set my withdrawal completed, i think because i was on holiday and not contacted you within 4 days only after the 5th day to where is my btc  )


So will i get back my bet that was a winner (that you refund)  or your "fair play" is not worth 37 USD (0.151 BTC) for you.

What is your login name?  We would be happy to have one of our dedicated sports reps run through your entire questions, account and wagering history here.  Of note is that the wagering system is programmatic and without seeing your ticket or knowing your account I cannot assess your specific issue.  Based on your comments, it appears that you are specifically looking to place wagers on lines that are not accurate which no sportsbook would grant and the system would not confirm a wager like this, but again we would need to see your specific account.  Certainly, 37 USD (0.151 btc) is not an issue especially considering for major sports and matches we have raised our max to $2,400 (10 btc).  We look forward to your response.

On a side note the 24/7 customer support has been working out phenomenally well for the overwhelmingly majority of our players.  

Yes, they have 24/7 support now, but why there is no staff in thread to answer our questions, it is a serious issue, do they only spend time on the site, but don't care about here. 

Last time my bet was also cancelled cos the bet was over the 2.5btc bet limit, I bet 5btc so they refunded my 2.5btc, only accepted 2.5btc there.

Betcoin - I was about to start playing at your book, but sbrzol's posts do not make your sportsbook seem very inviting.

Just when I was about to deposit and begin playing there.

Why would anyone play at a book that decides to void bets? And then not even notify the customer that you are reneging on the bet agreed upon?
