Dear Bitcointalkers,

After four months of running this platform, Betflexi.com, we can confidently say we are here to stay. While we have eight more months to declare with certainty that we are 100% here to stay, our growth so far is promising. I understand the challenges of building a new business, especially from scratch. I know the pain, the hardships, and the criticisms from those who expect perfection from day one. We have faced all that during these four months of operations.

Therefore, I warmly invite those of you who are skeptical to give us a try. Every great venture starts small, and we are one of those small starters aiming to grow big in the coming days. Granted, we are not the giants like Stake or FortuneJack. But we are Betflexi.com, and there's something special about us that you have yet to discover. In these four months, we have successfully acquired tens of dedicated users, and we plan to keep building on that. One of our key objectives is to continuously improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Throughout these months, we've had no issues with our users, and we aim to keep it that way. We don't hide behind vague and lengthy terms and conditions. With us, 'what you see is what you get.' No hidden agendas. So, why not give our platform a try, even out of curiosity? Don't get too comfortable with other known platforms. Try something new with us, and we promise you won’t be disappointed.

If you are a Bitcointalk member, message me on our Telegram channel, and I will give you 1,000 free credits to try our games before you make any deposit. Support us in any way you can so that we can grow together.

Anyways, I just read their terms regarding this welcome bonus and it says:
The 1,000 USD sign-up bonus can be utilized for playing games on the platform. To be eligible for withdrawal, the bonus must receive an equivalent deposit and be wagered five times in full.

As what I guessed, it makes me think about this site negatively because the fact that all sites use the same script were all scam with the same scenario.
Offering free money, then asked user to deposit equal amount in order to withdraw and then run away without processing the withdrawal or trying to judge the player of doing something against the term.
The same script is used so many times on 2020 and there were so many casinos created ANN thread in this forum but all were gone quickly.
For those who want to know which script I'm talking about of which casinos our talking about, maybe you can check the thread created by notblox1 here
The first 3 casinos listed on the thread by notblox is what I'm talking about, basically there are many more that use the same script but I cant really remember the name.
I dont mean to attact this casino, just saying based on some facts I've seen in this forum.

Ever since we started, which is almost 6 months now, people have been playing on our platform, Betflexi.com, winning, and withdrawing their funds without any issues or complaints whatsoever. That is the hallmark of a casino that is here to stay. For some of you guys to just post here, trying to throw some fallacious assumptions based on zero experiences is not helpful to us at all.

You cannot just wake up and say because casino A did this, therefore casino B is bound to do the same. Please, I would encourage you guys to let us run our project and give us the benefit of the doubt, and wait until you see any complaints. Remember that some of these unfounded negatives are not for anyone's good. There have been records of big casinos here today who started with just one game, and were able to build up to the mega gaming platform that everyone knows today.

Our pledge to our users is that your satisfaction will always be our utmost priority. For those who are already winning on the platform, we wish you more wins. For those who are not yet winning, we encourage you to sign up now at https://betflexi.com and make a deposit to start winning.

You can also participate in our affiliate program and create great lifetime income for yourself.

I am unclear that the equivalent deposit is for $1,000 or for the value of withdrawal you submit like if you win up to $5,000, you will have to deposit $5,000.
Another condition is wager five times, is it for the welcome bonus that is $1,000 or for what you deposit?
I couldn’t find a clear answer to those questions on their ToS. Actually, they need to make their ToS page more organized to make it easier for user to find the information they are looking for.

After reading it again, I became more confused! In the Welcome bonus section they say the wagering requirement is 5x, as I stated in my previous reply.
However, in the Wagering requirements section they say the wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is only 2x!
The 100% Welcome Bonus must be wagered two times before it is eligible for withdrawal.

Now, they really need to clarify those things up. Because 2x and 5x are not the same. And most of the time, you will be busted early and not reach that 5x roll-over requirements. This is where one of the issues will arise as players are getting confused with their terms itself.

If you are unfamiliar with our bonus regime, please, kindly read "20.1 Welcome Bonus" of our Terms of use. The instruction is clear and unambiguous. To be clear, the 1000 sign up bonus is for the purpose of trying our games and see how the system works before making deposits. It is not to be withdrawn on it's own, no matter how many times you wager it. However, it can be qualified for withdrawal after it has received the equivalent in deposit and be wagered 5x in full. In that case, it comes equivalent to 100% welcome bonuses that we offers.

Please, do not sit on the fence and make fallacious assumptions. Signup and try us out. From there you can reach your informed conclusions. You can start with as low as 30.

Having a high wagering requirement and setting a max limit on how much you can withdraw is acceptable for non deposit bonuses.
However, if they will force you to make a deposit so you can withdraw the winnings from the bonus, then it can't be called a non deposit bonus anymore.

Both of your hypotheses are quite reasonable and plausible I will ad a third one :

3. A cap at what you can eventually withdraw from those $ 1000 free no deposit bonus

Wow, never seen such a generous offer from a Casino : are those $1000 something like non-withdrawable playmoney or will players be able to withdraw them after fullfilling some wagering requirements ( or other kind of requirements)?

Would appreciate if you could tell me more about it.

There must be many terms behind this offer, I have 2 things in my mind about the possible terms:
1. High wagering requirement before it can be cashed out.
2. Deposit is required when we want to withdraw it after completing the wagering requirement.
Nothing to lose to try it, but if there is deposit requirement when it comes to withdraw, better to avoid it especially if the minimum deposit in order to withdraw from the bonus is too big.

I guess the $1,000 instantly given after an account registration is like free spins that can be used for bet and explore games on the casino but I agree that there must be extra conditions to withdraw what you win from free spins.

The $1,000 credited to account is only a digital number and the team won't lose anything, won't have to spend money from their business pocket to make $1,000 distribution in free spins.

Extra conditions like making deposits to withdraw money is possible and it is risky for users too. I don't offend the casino, but $1,000 is like honey pot and who knows what will happen after all.

By the way, welcome BetFlexi to forum and best wishes for your business here.

I confess that I was left with some things that I did not understand. Did you buy the domain and the social media accounts and kept the former owner of the domain and the social media accounts as your employee? If that was not the case, then you partially bought the domain and the social media accounts and the former owner became a co-owner together with you, something like you became the owner of a part of the domain and the social media accounts and the former owner became the owner of another part of the domain and the social media accounts? Would it be something like you own 50% of the domain and the social media accounts and the former owner became the owner of 50% of the domain and the social media accounts?

the former owner made a post in 2020 saying: "Coming soon", the post was made on facebook. then in July 2024, last month. made this post:

He didn't post any details, something like posting a statement in which he would talk about the sale of the domain and social media accounts and that he would become an employee of the casino or become co-owner. I know that casinos don't care about Facebook, and probably casinos have their reasons for doing this. but in this case, I think there should have been at least one announcement on the Facebook account in my opinion
I think what he said there is already clear. Maybe you only need to re-read it again and again in order to for you to get his point. He didn't mention the word employee there and that is weird. The previous owner is also a boss, so I don't think he will agree to only become an employee this time and he already have the money anyways, so he can always use it to create another profitable business that he liked again.

It's also weird if the previous owner will now be a co-owner when he was already paid, however if they want something like that, I think this is also possible to be worked out. Facebook on the other hand, is a famous social media platform and any company can use it to their advantage, so they really do care about it actually. You still got a point that there must be a kind of announcement there for any changes that have been made.

We are inviting everyone to join our affiliate program and share our links on social media like Facebook. Imagine earning a lifetime income! Our affiliate program doesn't just pay once; we pay for a lifetime. This means, as long as the person you refer continues to play games at Betflexi.com, you will keep making money. And it's not just from the people you refer directly, but also from those they refer, down to tier 3. So, what are you waiting for? Join us now and start earning passive income for life.

Okay, these might be interesting.

IDK why, the site it's a little bit sketchy. I make some overview of the account, especially (social media) leaving some bad track for the casino. Some of the screenshot:
---
The social media it's also putting the website for sale:

And others:
---
-snip-
Seem like yes, because the picture sale it's being used on the same resource on twitter account. I get the official account from the link it's being listed to the website, it's just giving me a bad vibes.

Well, I decided to answer this again because it seems we missed giving a clear answer.

Both the domain, Betflexi.com, and the social media accounts belonged to someone else until a few days before the launch when we completely took over from the original owner, who also happens to be a member of this team. Talk about keeping it in the family, right? All the screenshots of social media posts were posted by the original owner before we took the reins. After the takeover, we tried to clear the posts, but some slips through the cracks. However, as soon as it was pointed out, we went back and tidied up.

Thanks for the heads-up!

When a domain name is for sale and has social media accounts, it’s natural for the owner to write ‘coming soon’ or anything they like. This shouldn’t be a concern here, especially since we've already shared the inspiring history behind the name.

Regarding the other points you mentioned, could you please share more about how this information will help you? Are you excited about potentially investing in Betflexi.com? Understanding the equity stakes of the owners could definitely empower you to make confident investment decisions!

15. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days'] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

I have a question regarding this. Will changes which are not material also be updated on the terms and will user get notice of the change as at when they are updated?
I believe that users should always be aware of what ToS they are regulated by, so any change should be reported and accepted by them, while "material" changes get the 30 day notice.

I will agree with your opinion here because I have had this issue before were I got a mail from a casino and they just sent a notification message that the terms and conditions of service have been updated without letting me know where it was actually without letting me know where it was actually effected.  The mail was just as good as nothing and It prompted me to email them amd I had to let them  know their lapses and immediately they replied my mail appolosing and pinpointing the area were the correction was effected.
I believe this is exactly the information you are letting the casino to know if I am not mistaken. This has been the issue with casinos and they keep repeating it over and over and they do not care.
Issue of updating terms and conditions without prior notice to users, and then just after they have updated the terms and conditions, will email users without stating which part of the terms and conditions have been updated, this issue is not something that is peculiar to gambling casinos alone, majorly most online service providers make this mistake, and even down to really big companies.

I use a Samsung device and also operate a Samsung account, they recently updated their terms and conditions without any prior notice, and again, just yesterday or so, I got an email from them stating that their terms and conditions have been updated, I opened the email and read, and there was no mention of the part of the terms and conditions that was updated, they really expect users to read through the entire terms and conditions all over again just to find our a few lines that was updated, really annoying to be honest.

But all the same, just wanna point out that this mistake is not something that is peculiar to casinos alone.

Terms of Use is a legal document. It's always a great idea to read everything when changes are made. Even one line can transform the entire context! So, it's perfectly understandable when a casino company updates you about changes without detailing every single point.

One thing about Betflexi.com terms of use is that we make it simple and straight to the point. We don't hide behind lengthy and bogus terms and conditions.
