As promised, slight changes has been made in our Terms of use to address some of your needs and concerns. Feel free to register and enjoy our games. In the next coming days we will be rolling out our plan for promotions and additional peck. Our Affiliate program is one of the most beneficial aspect of our platform. It gives you the opportunity to create lifetime income just by promoting our links once.
You have done well by updating your terms of service which is commendable but the curiousity still makes me wonder if you are really for this business or what. If no Lt I believe you would have taken enough time to work on your casino properly before launching otherwise you would meet alot of criticism but however, the scrutiny here is for your own good because it would help you discover some lapses which the community would spell our doe you here for you to make amends or correct with immediate effect.

Do not see our comments and post here the other way round but in the normal, you would know it is for the good of your casino so that you don't meet a brick wall tomorrow while promoting your services here.
There have been cases were projects campaigns/projects got banned here for cases which of they had called for a review, it would have been picked out for them to effect corrections immediately but it was not like that and the gut it hot from the community but you just registered and getting such a review so quickly to make amends. I will advise you do take the input and opinion seriously.

Lastly, you have a pending question above before this comment to answer and It is about your licence and relationship or connection with Palness Media BV.?

As you can see, I do not see any where in your website where you clearly stated or mentioned about your licence which means you are likely operating illegally from wherever you are currently located.
If you go to their Terms of Use, you will see a claim that there are operated by Palness Media BV. This should probably be Palness Media B.V. However, enter that name into a search engine and you get nothing related to gambling or casinos. They have also posted their registration number (A227489 - CCA CR-NG). Searching on Google for that also doesn't render and useful information.

Further down in their TOS you can read that the terms are construed according to Costa Rican law. So the owner company should be regulated by a Costa Rican authority.

@Betflexi
Is there any public record of your connection to Palness Media BV.?

We have also made it clear in this thread that we currently do not request for kyc. If that is going to change in future, we will make sure every user is informed and given enough time to make adjustment before the implementation can take place.
With all due respect, we have heard and seen this so many times that it's not worth it to count. This statement of yours could be interpreted as, we won't ask you for KYC when you deposit or lose, but if you win a significant sum, we will try to use our terms against you. You are not a licensed casino, so there is no regulator that requires that you do KYC and AML checks. Your terms also don't mention any restricted countries and territories. What possible reason could you have to (perhaps) require KYC? Please don't say bonus abuse.

In the coming days, we are going to make amendment to our Terms regarding the KYC. As much as we are operating from jurisdiction that does not require mandatory KYC, we still need to act responsibly by not letting our platform be used for money laundering in any form and in any manner. Therefore, if your objective is to play games, win, and take your proceeds, you are more than welcome to play at Betflexi.com and be rest assured there'll be no KYC request.

It is easier said to convince the community than to allow huge amount of money leave the casino without you demanding for KYC when in the sense it is a rewards for winning games on platform. It is already captured in your terms of service that identity check would be required to access withdrawals and deposits which I believe if the amount of money is questionable or too big.  I understand that your casino is a new one and would want to gain more traffic and customers but deceiving or tricking people into depositing and after that requesting for identity check makes no sense. I will advise you stand by your words of no KYC as you have stated here.

Thank you for your contribution to this thread. We currently do not request for KYC and that is the fact. We may only engage in additional verification is the transaction goes to the threshold the may be suspected to be money laundering. However, we are working on other protections against money laundering and when that comes into effect in the coming days, we many change the tone of the T&C even though there is nowhere KYC is currently mentioned on the terms.

It is nice you are very much active here and I must commend you for that. As you can see, I do not see any where in your website where you clearly stated or mentioned about your licence which means you are likely operating illegally from wherever you are currently located. So for that reason, you are not supposed to mention about you requesting for Identity check pending when you present your licence as a fully authorised casino operating within your jurisdiction. You requesting for a identity verification check is as good as you not paying gamblers their money and telling them that their transactions are suspicious.
How do you suspect a money laundering when you too are not licenced to operate if I am not mistaken. Clear yourself first before requesting for KYC or identity check.

KYC and identity verification is mentioned in your terms. In point 19.3 of your Terms of Use you state that you have the right to conduct identity verification for withdrawal requests. That includes requesting from the player to upload a photo of their ID and a proof of wallet ownership.

Quote
We reserve the right to conduct additional verification procedures for any withdrawal request, which may include providing identification documents and proof of ownership of the wallet.

Point 19.4 mentions that deposit and withdrawal limits may depend on the verification level of a player's account. In other words, verified accounts have higher limits than non verified accounts.

Quote
We may impose limits on the amount of funds you can deposit or withdraw within a certain period. These limits will be clearly communicated on your account dashboard and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

A by all 100% deposit bonus with a 2x wagering requirement and no kyc! Does anyone else find this: too good to be true?
OP, do you realize that with such requirements, your casino will be heavily abused? How are you going to stop cheaters from creating multiple accounts in ordre to abuse the deposit bonus?
If you are offering this to attract new users, then am afraid to tell you: this is not the best way to do it.

Thanks for your contribution and for raising this point. However, I want to assure you that this is a system we understand very well and the issue of bonus abuse is the least of problem here. We have a system in place that takes care of all that. Again, there is nothing too good to be true in 2x wagering requirement for 100% welcome bonus. This is a standard practice for most casinos, some just make things extremely difficult to their users in order to prevent them at all costs from winning. We just want to make things easy for our users and allow them enjoy the benefits of gaming with a Modern Crypto Casino Platform. Sign up now at https://betflexi.com and experience the benefits.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum Betflexi.
I saw on your website that biggest win is 12,942.00 credits, but why do you need to write value in that unit and not in dollar or tether stablecoin?
If you have 1 million USDT Mega Prize Raffle on home page this is not showing as 1 million credits.

1 credit is equals to 1 USD. And I believe that is quite understandable since money many casinos uses the same for playing games. Maybe we may consider chnaging the default currency to USD or USDT in the coming days but just understand the a credit is currently same as USD. Thank you.

Really? Where did you find this information? It is something too good to be true IMO and I wonder, is there any other terms behind this deposit bonus?

In their terms of service!

The 100% bonus on the first deposit must be wagered two times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

I get the doubt, this is the lowest wager requirement for deposit bonus I've ever seen lol so was so surprised. TBH, I feel like I should read the whole fine print to know if there are any conflicting clauses which I haven't yet plus there could be extra information upon logging in. 🤔 Well, I would recommend this to anyone planning on jumping the gun.

I’m also interested to know about this deposit bonus. Regarding the question about KYC, I explored the site and was trying to find their license information, but it seems there’s no information provided. So, it’s presumed that they are an unlicensed casino, and an unlicensed casino does not have the right to implement a KYC requirement, correct me if I’m wrong.

If you head over to the site, https://betflexi.com/, you can only see information such as “provably fair,” “privacy policy,” “terms of use,” and “self-assessment guide.”

Appreciate the information about the game scripts. The promo was really tempting but wasn't sure about playing without the providers I'm familiar with. I'm glad they plan to onboard other providers in the future though.

Yes, that is what must be considered because after all the user's gaming experience is the most important thing to prioritize. Positive suggestions and input need to be considered so that the improvements made can make your casino compete with many other casinos, of course this can be done gradually over time.  But first, please accept my greeting to you, welcome.
Customers wants to play the game. They are there for the experience. When we say experience, it is not only limited to playing a game actually but this covers all of the features and services that can be found inside the platform. So it is important that the team will polished all of them even if they can only do it slowly but as long as it is surely. That is better, we can understand and wait than if they will try to rush things and still ends up with a buggy platform because we will still complain about it.

Quote

Yeah. By the time they create the casino, it is not something that we can say they are now in the competition because there's already lots of great casinos existing, unless only if their features are already pack with a punch but it is less-likely for a beginner.

Both of them are the same partner or team.

The website domain it's belongs to: Dripstoil. He put the domain sale, but he found some partner (based of the explanation) and brought the website it's live. Basically still on the same team.

4. Casino industry is known for outsourcing a whole lot of things which includes, third party games development, scripts developments, acquisition of scripts from vendors, data from data vendors, etc. That is why we have games vendor and script providers as well as host of other things. What matters most is business models, marketing strategies, customer's satisfaction and business integrity which can be proven over times. Running a casino business is far much more than scripts and games.
But still, gives some people bad vibes.

For the casino are early to the business by using the same script (they think it could be a scam or you impersonated them), meaning you need to earn the trust first. Usually, people will more comfortable with the source fund (basically, can you paid or not) by sign the message of bankroll)

So, it's gonna to reduce the tension or bad vibes > next just need to earn the trust by running the platform as usual (time will tell).

Is confusing seeing two users moderating this thread, and both op and Dripstoil is responding question, who amongst you will us take our observation or what we have encountered problems to the website, because I know quite well that this site has many unfixed challenges as of the day I tried to test run the website, but I believe that observation of other uses base on what they portray here have been fixed,  but what I will wish your team to do, is to ensure they launch a signature campaign that will enhance to give your website more traffic.

         -    Welcome to the forum Betflexi. I hope you have a good future here in the crypto space so that you can establish a large community in this business field of the crypto space.
And may you also provide most of the time that your gamblers can enjoy playing with your casino platform?

Although I also created an account, and in fairness, it is also good and similar to the typical other casinos that have gone before you, I know if you have something else to release
in the future for sure.

We appreciate your heartwarming comment and thank you for being part of this discussion. Our plan is to continue to grow and meet all our users' expectation. No matter how hard it gets, we will continue to crawl up there until we get fully established. We invite you to join us in this amazing journey as founding remembers and grow with us!

That's true, the casino website is up and running but I doubt if it would be a KYC free casino because upon accessing the website, the prompt I received first was relating to cookies acceptance which I think should be optional for visitors or potential clients who deems it fit accessing the website.  I believe not every gambler fancies that cookies options and I think it is a wrong step at first to compel or make it compulsory that one must accept the cookies before they get registered on the casino. Why they not make it clear the stand of their casino so we could know if they are KYC free or not rather than putting such features of compulsorily accepting cookies.

These days people do not want to waste much time in the market space because there are lots of options available and other organisations making their platforms easier and more flexible for their potential clients to remain with them rather than losing out which I believe no casino is ready to do. If the team would see this, I think the should look into the cookies policy and making it optional and as well making their stand on KYC known rather than telling is that the possibilities of conducting identity check based on withdrawal and deposit.

Thank you for joining us.. The cookies has been made optional and is now only on certain regions. Everyone else can access the platform freely and without any hindrance from cookie consent. We have also made it clear in this thread that we currently do not request for kyc. If that is going to change in future, we will make sure every user is informed and given enough time to make adjustment before the implementation can take place,

OP, are you controlling the @Dripstoil account?

Is the user @Dripstoil part of the team? If so, what is it really like for the casino? Is he a simple employee or does he own the casino?

I'm asking these questions because I saw this thread

welcome to the forum, while I was reading this thread I noticed that Op didn't say or answer what his relationship was with the user @Dripstoil who seems to be a member of the team, because it seems strange that Op says this:

Thank you all for your kind words and patience!

We are taking note of all your comments and will start responding to them from tomorrow. Right now, we are working behind the scene to make sure that we give the best possible gaming experiences to our users.

and the user @Dripstoil who appears to be a member of the team, says this:

We are glad to be here today! In few hours I'll be adding more details to this post. Feel free to join the discussion as I will always be here to answer and comment on all your posts and inquiries. Thank you
