I was just checking the terms and conditions, do you guys have countries that are restricted from using your website? I can't seem to find it on your terms and conditions(or maybe I missed it). also, I don't know if it is just me but the website seems to load slowly, my internet is perfectly fine since other websites load quite quickly. it's not that I have an issue with it but there are people who find slow loading to be annoying.
