Never traded anything with leverage as it feels too risky for me. Doing that with USDT seems the most safe indeed ; imagine doing that with TRUMP coin; you could make massive money if it works out or you could also loose all your money quickly.

I've actually traded the futures market alot of times, and some times with a really high leverage, but like you said, it's very risky, aside from being able to (maybe) carry out some market analysis and fundamentals which assist alot in helping the trader make a good decision, I would say that there is no difference between futures trading with high leverage and gambling, both are born of the same parents but have different destinies.

Most of the time I lost huge, like using a high leverage simply means that any slight shift off the direction you predict the market to go, you get liquidated.

And speaking of the best currency to use for futures trading, I have always preferred usdt or any other stable coin like usdc, I have never and actually hate to use volatile currencies to trade futures, makes calculations a bit more complicated than when a stable currency Is used.

umm, probably you didn't get their question, or maybe I misunderstood you. USDT is the coin that you choose to pair with Bitcoin, right? I guess a lot of people like to leverage trade alternative coins like Cake, BNB, and many more volatile tokens because there are more chances to gain/lose. Bitcoin is less volatile compared to alternative coins.

I believe a lot of people have been doing leverage trade with Trump coin lately in exchanges since it shows a huge volatility in price within a short period of time.

I've only traded futures on binance, not gonna lie, and my go-to currency was USDT.
I've followed few signal groups, and made some small profit, but nothing to write home about. In the end i came out positive, but in hind sight, time was not worth the money i made

How about the color of the card used in the table? In my opinion green table is still better (neutral color) than maroon/red like above especially if the cards is still using the standard color (red for the hearts and diamonds).

Will be there regular normal poker tournament (non heads-up) sponsored by betfury in the future? Although I do not play poker much for few years now but I dont really like heads up poker. The most common problem on poker tournament like this is about its schedule (starting time) because we are coming from different timezone so it is a bit hard to find a friendly schedule for all potential participants.

It's great that Betfury decided to sponsor a poker tournament. But hopefully, one day, the Betfury team will decide to launch their poker room with regular MTTs and cash games. Just now checked and logged into the Betfury site without any problems. It's unlikely that this is a problem on the Betfury side. At least they didn't report anything about it. As an option, you can try to go to the site through incognito mode or through different official mirrors. Also, you should check your browser settings because this error might occur if JavaScript is not enabled in your browser.

this has nothing to do with my browser or javascript. it's from betfury side, for some reason, they are blocking my requests to access the website.

The reason why professional poker players have to pay taxes on their winnings is not because poker is a game of skill but because it's their profession. They are professional full-time poker players. Employees from all industries pay taxes. The same would be true if their jobs were baccarat players or professional sports bettors, if those are their primary occupations and not a pastime hobby.

I am sure nobody gets paid in full in this sense.

In my country here in Nigeria, I dont think gambling winnings are taxed, well, I am not so very sure but personally, I've never received from a casino, less amount than I won on any excuse that the rest was used to settle my winning tax to the government, all the money I won from didffermt casinos have alway been complete when I receive them.

The Nigeria government don't actually pay attention to some of this things, but it's understandable because our government are one of the most corrupt in the world, they are always after the big companies that will be paying their tax in billions of naira, this money they do nothing with it, other than loot it and share it within themselves to keep for their generations to come.
Possibly the reason why they don't care about taxing gambling winnings as what they will be getting is very insignificant compared to what the companies and big businesses in the country are paying as tax.

The money you win from gambling or playing the lottery is not taxable in Canada. You pay 0 taxes on casino wins and don't even have to report them to the local tax office. There are exceptions and limits, and in general that isnt monitored much or government isnt very strict with income tax. Its very individual. They dont stress people a lot, but they can randomly chose anyone and force to pay income tax if you have sold your used mobile on Facebook marketplace for example Cheesy

But sometimes they are totally nuts and make poor grandmas to pay tax when they sell their knitted socks or mittens on the street... (IRL it ends with a fine or they just force them to leave). With gambling its progressive tax - the more you win, the more you pay, and its from 23 to 30%.
