Yes, many team members work behind a project and just like that many are working in Betfurry  But since they always keep themselves secret, it is impossible to tell who is actually working.  But they are trying hard enough to move their platform to a better position.  We only get to know the updates they give on their social media or group channels but we never get to know what they are really thinking.  But since Betfurry has been in the market for several years with good enough gamblers, they can do better in the future if they stick with it.

You are right in that, you can’t find anything back about who is behind the project. As you mention there is only a mentioning that they have several departments but that is the same for almost all casinos. I think baseline support doesn’t need to know a lot on what is going behind the scenes as there are mainly there to answer questions about the functionality of the site.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we, as users, don't even know what exactly is going on inside the Betfury project. I mean, the Betfury team has always preferred anonymity, and there is no information anywhere about who exactly is the CEO of the project. There is only information that Betfury has such departments as development, support, marketing, risk, product, and design. Who knows, maybe the support department has only superficial access to any information and doesn't interact with developers as you would expect.

I would not go that much overboard, I mean yeah there has been some disappointments and some mistakes all around there is nothing wrong with saying that and I think it's quite important to remember that we are going to end up with a decent casino even after all those mistakes and when you think about that you go a bit softer on them. I honestly don't give a crap about their token price. I care about the fact that from the start they tried to ignore all of my questions, which had nothing to do with token price.
They seemed to look down both on their bounty hunters, and people who mined the tokens. Chat moderators didn't seem to have a clue what's happening. They didn't have
an answers to any real questions, yet they didn't want to admit that. They just ignored and muted for questions as fud.

This is what you happen when someone hires admins without any connection to the dev team. They are just glorified chat moderators and basically helpdesk ordered from Wish.

They criticize because they don't like what they see on BFG since it didn't get much volume so many think that team is not doing anything just to create some demand for their token that's why I guess its good to understand people sentiment since for long time they didn't see a good action with this token that's why they are almost at peak of their emotion and little angry with the people working behind this casino also with their BFG token. I understand why people feel that since its normal reaction for people to be anxious with them since they didn't get what they expect from them. But if they could just be positive and always look on what you just have said here maybe people will not worry about current situation of BFG tokens.

That would be the best answer with this maybe they don't want to answer any question since they are careful to commit mistake by answering it on wrong manner that's why maybe they just let people speculate about everything happening here.

I guess what currently they do is a big minus since that measure up that they really don't care about their community so if I where you guys maybe I will start to doubt about using their service since its hard to speculate on something that we are not totally sure but much better to use other service if we are really doubting about their reputation at this point. Only Betfury can accurately answer these questions for you. We can only guess what exactly was the reason why they decided to abandon the thread and communication with the community on this forum. I have three guesses about that:
1) The OP's account has negative trust.
2) Signature campaigns and promotional posts were ineffective and didn't bring them the desired result.
3) They don't like criticism and don't want to communicate with the community that may ask them uncomfortable questions.
In my opinion, one of these is the reason.

I now understand the status of things here. When betfury launched their campaign in this forum, I tried playing with them for sometime but later returned to the casino I play in. My question is that, why did they decide to abandon their Ann thread here while the casino is still running?

• Is it because they have stopped promoting here?
• Could it be that they changed promotional manager, and the new management does not believe in the bitcointalk community?

Exactly. Casino is still a business. Expecting a steady passive income while winning from their bankroll is just... not really sustainable

The thing is that most people criticize BFG, and they are running a casino where BFG is just one of the perks for players and not their main objective. Many of us expected more from BFG, but in the end, BFG is doing what it's made for... providing dividend payouts for holders and that's it.

Anyway, when we open a Betfury casino there are so many interesting things... some of us remember what Betfury looked like in the beginning and how many games it had. Now Betfury looks much more advanced with many more options and all kinds of bonuses and promotions for players.

It’s different on Betfury thread since the team already abandoned the communication here so most of the criticism is also a mockery at the same time due to no answer from the team to address all the criticism.

Betfury ANN thread is already a place to mock rather than to provide constructive criticism because there’s no since criticism being address here and people already tired on giving suggestions.

Thanks @dwyane38 for the positive mindset. Some persons don't want to be criticised and whenever there is a criticism towards them they will see it as a mockery. It is criticism that boosts performance because it helps an individual or a team to conduct self appraisal. If betfury team are relax, on seeing that some persons are tracking their road map, they will not relax anymore and that is the only way for a casino to produce quality consistently. So, whenever there is such a criticism or non positive review of a casino, it will be fine if both the casino owners and ordinary gamblers not to see it as a mockery but as a constructive criticism.
