Should we pivot or rebrand $bkb to be a rakeback token and remove the buy back system? Other ideas are welcome to increase the use, value or liquidity of the token.

I'd like to see this happen, might be slightly better than hoping Bitcoin doesn't rise more compared to BetKing profits (which is bad, because I hold a lot of BTC as well). I'd much rather prefer to have the token based on BTC values, but I don't think that you'd do that.

Well it's impossible to convert it to Bitcoin value due to the different funds rasied (btc, eth, ltc) and expenses spent so far (marketing, dev, server etc not to mention buying back tokens already).
But I think removing the buy back option could then allow it to trade independantly on exchanges and if we can give the token different utility then it could be added to different exchanges. Would not be something to rush but I think improvements could be made.

If you do this, please add an on-site exchange. I do not want to go anywhere near HitBTC, as they charge a ~300 BKB withdraw fee for BKB withdraws, which is way too high. $18 is too much to just withdraw coins.

Also would be good to get feedback on tournament blind structure. Too fast, too bug increases?

We will not tolerate anyone trying to gain an advantage in tournaments and if caught you will be banned. If you are caught while in a tournament you will also lose your buyin money with no refund so don't even bother.

I really want to give this poker a taste test, but not until the rake is lowered much, much more.

Also, if you've already banned 15 players whiles till in test mode, just imagine the crooks that you will be dealing with when you actually launch!

I really hope you have a security team that works around the clock, because the same scammers at Nitrogen are licking their chops for you to open.

All right. For some infos about rake in current OFC online industry, I found this :

- swcpoker (crypto-world) : rake of 2% each hand / caps of 0.90$ , 1.40$ and 1.80$ respectively from small to highstakes
- tonybet (fiat-world) : rake of 1% each hand / cap of 2.50$ for all stakes

Concerning time settings, I would recommend at least 30 sec between each draw and at least 1 min in fantasy land. And a beginner who wants to discover a new game will probably need more. Keep in mind that unlike holdem and omaha, players need a good amount of time to take a decision because they must analyse the settings of their opponents. For example : in a 3-handed game, before last draw, the player in position must take into consideration 31 cards already faced up. It's a lot of information.
