Since it has been announced that the Bournemouth vs Luton Town will be replayed in its entirety and not finishing the last 30 mins, I believe the fair solution regarding the fpl points would be to remove all points gained in GW17 by players from BOUvsLUT, then not closing the scoring for GW17 until the match is replayed, once the match is completed then those points earned by players should be added to GW17, therefor the rematch fantasy points should not be counted during the double GW when it will be played.
I hope i am making sense.

I also don't know. I think that FPL executives also don't know what to do now and they have made such decision to gain some time.
I think there is a possibility of leaving the game week open, while the other weeks continue simultaneously, they have proper way of scoring every team and players on your team for that specific week when the match eventually gets completed, I guess that's the best way possible, and it let's the game progresses without any unnecessary repercussion of the unfortunate event that happened during the match.

You can get that info from https://livefpl.net. Just type in your team ID (it shows you how to find it) and you can see all your leagues and cups and chips.

Get rid of Akanji, City cannot keep a clean sheet of their life depended on it.
My team has never been the same since I became i got a City defender; last season, they had a lot of clean sheets, and the only challenge was trying to get inside Pep's head to figure out who was going to play. This season, Pep's backline has been easy to predict, but there has been no clean sheet.

Route 2 sounds much better to me, I would want to remove both of those players and Watkins is great pick. Not so sure about Badiashile but that is your area of expertise. If he is playing majority of minutes than by all means. My choice was Colvile Colwill for Chelsea defense.
Badiashile is perhaps our finest defender, cool and very good on the ball, and has started 4/5 games since his return. Colwill is another good choice, but Badiashile hits the box for me in terms of pricing.

It never crossed my mind that Liverpool wouldn't be able to score any goal home today. I thought of choosing Solanke as the captain instead of Salah. However when I saw Salah's amazing statistics against Manchester United I didn't want to risk it. Is there anyone who knows something about the points of the Luton-Bournemouth match? I feel like 3 points were stolen from me.
You get to lose 3 points when your defense couldn’t manage it in keeping there 3 points. Haven’t checks your defense to find whom was on a boost and later lost their clean sheet, you would find your 3 points.Meanwhile, it was very disappointing for me most of all. I mean, there was just no way I couldn’t see Liverpool and I don’t mean M. Salah per say though, he was my captain and I would have loved to have him score but still, not a single ball made it past Onana. I could see Liverpool doing their best in attacks all game, through the first half and continued in the second half but, not a goal. I mean, it was the hight of it.

You will win +5 points from here as Zouma is going to play instead of Haaland. As your captain is going to be Watkins you will win +9 points as well from your new captain. Long story short you will win 14 points after Haaland gets out of your squad. The situation with Solanke isn't clear yet. The possibility of getting +3 bonus points is being discussed.

Strange day at Anfield, and against the record that Liverpool have at home. Manchester United did not have the odds and statistics in their favor, but managed to still get a point from this game, and subject Liverpool to third place just behind Aston Villa who have more goals. Palmer scored me my highest points this week, I would have had more points this week had I made the necessary changes to my team.
Ironically I would've gotten MORE points if I just played 4-5-1 with Trippier - Alvarez - Haaland benched than if I did a FH. But who would've guessed that?

Dominic Solanke looks like my next target, he is a better option than Nunez with a very consistent performance for Bournemouth. With his current run of form, Solanke is likely to score for Bournemouth in their next three fixtures against Forest, Fulham and Tottenham. Onana saved a lot of balls yesterday and Liverpool were just misfiring. Scott McTominay would have also scored a goal, but Alisson pulled out a brilliant save.Liverpool against Arsenal next, and it is still going to be at Anfield, Big game to decide who sits on top of the table, but I trust the Elephant.
Sometimes it really pays off to take a big hit, before the start of this game week I had a couple of injured players, no active goal keepers and also some under performing players, I got a really good score (73p) thanks to going for 4 transfers, If I had made only one or two transfers I would probably end up with a total of 50 maximum, luckily between Dubravka and TAA i got 16 points which covered for the hits and then some. Also I feel I have rebuilt a team for future game weeks.
I feel if you are far from the top spots it can definitely pay off to take 8 or 12 points hits to get a higher score which can eventually make the difference in getting ahead a few ranking spots. But sometimes it might get you the opposite result as surely many of you know.
