I’m probably out of the any race there is here, my team keep getting injury plagued after every fortnight of either double transfers or even after multiple points hit.
I was finally glad to be rid of Haaland after the injury scare and wasted captaincy, just to find out I’m just being victim of Guardiola’s roulette and mind games yet again!

This was by far one of the craziest fpl rounds, managed to get 49 points which has taken me up a few spots, Glad that Trofo finally had an underperforming round which gives the rest of us an opportunity to catch up. Looking forward to the next round with all the injuries and suspensions it will surely be a challenging round for transfers and team selection.
Perfectly happy with my round. Only 20k drop in places on a week where none of the my players except Trippier returned and my captain got one point in a game where his team scored 6.This is vintage FPL, next week will probably be the total opposite and many players that people are selling now will return.

Congrats on your journey to the top. I'll start revamping my team in a bit to try and catch up with the league leaders before the gap gets too big. This is my first FPL and I have made plenty of bad decisions from following popular opinions to making rational decisions which cost me points (negative points for more than 1 transfer per game week) and those transfers didn't return any points to recoup those losses.

I'm just used to getting an average of about 50 points and seeing the leaders go ahead, but this round I got 51 points and a yellow cap lol.

Sterling had another humiliating performance; despite being the most experienced player on the attacking line, he continues to waste possession and make poor passes in the final third of the pitch. I'm still surprised he didn't score a single goal.
Sterling could not find the goal, but no doubts about his influence in the game. Tottenham tried to keep a high line, but it did not work because of the likes of Sterling that has the pace to take advantage of long balls behind the Tottenham backline. He was just unfortunate not to score.I'm sure Tottenham fans didn't go into the game with full confidence, knowing how bad ass we can be whenever we face them.
Chelsea had a good game against Arsenal, so I also expected a good performance against Tottenham too who are very good this season. After Tottenham's first goal I thought Chelsea will not be able to recover, but after the first red card and the goal, I knew that the advantage had been handed to Chelsea and they just need to win this game without any excuses. 49 points for me this GW, thanks to Palmer, Bruno Fernandes and Trippier. I expect a better result in the coming GW.

Don't remember a week like this ever in my 7 years old FPL career. There is a guy out there with tripple captain on Haaland and 9 points total. Laughing my ass off.

@Igebotz To close the chapter on refereeing, I like what Ange said post match about 26 years of accepting referee's decisions, good or bad. I'm the same, both playing and watching and even FPL "managing". It's VAR tinkering and theatre forcing everyone to wait, is what I can't stand. Football is sacred because of flow and refereeing -- human, mistake-prone, but we accept it. VAR is actually borne out of people whining (which is why I didn't like Klopp whining) and not being able to move on. Now people must sleep in the bed they make.
Ange made a lot of sense there, but there was nothing he could have said about those actions; he has a lot of dirty players on his side, which could cost him a lot of points this season. Poch additionally addresses coaches openly lamenting terrible decisions and the need for them to remain calm and follow proper process so that they do not generate or convey the wrong message about the league. He was talking about Arteta and Klopp without mentioning names.

Nothing serious, he wanted to continue playing, it was the coach decision to save him from potential hamstring. He will be available this weekend. The best sub this weekend should be Halaand.

Something I learnt last season. I used to even sell players when I saw many flags. Saka has been on a flag several games, and still played (I benched him but didn't matter he subbd).
By injured I mean really injured not just flagged in FPL. Those flags are just info and plain wrong often.

Can someone explain why my missing midfielder was replaced by a defender? (and not the attackers, as expected). This also means that the player lineup has changed automatically.
If your first bench player is a defender, then that person is going to come on even if he is injured. FPL does not sub according to line-up formations.
That's why you should always shove injured players to the last place (right side) of the bench.
Subs are always the same, first player on the bench that played at least few seconds in the match that does not break formation rules. That means it will change your formation unless changing it would mean you are switching to the formation that does not exist. Your team must at all times have 1gk, 3 def, 3 mid, 1 att. Everything else goes.

We are handling them the first L of the season, they are our noisy neighbors and we do know how to beat them. Palmer and Sterling to be on score sheet.
So Chelsea delivered as you you said although Sterling didn't make the scoresheet nut he has made some returns this gw regardless. I'm sure no one aside Chelsea fans expected this match to turn out this way. Tottenham get their first loss in a disappointing fashion. Even more surprising is Jackson being the star forward for game week 11.
