I am thinking Alvarez will eat into the minutes of Foden/Grealish/Mahrez much more than in Haaland minutes. There will be an odd game here and there when he will maybe start instead of Haaland but I am still thinking that Haaland is as nailed as possible in this City side.

Alvarez had a really great World Cup and it would be a shame if he doesn't get minutes but this is City/Pep so anything is possible. Hell, Foden is probably the best winger in the league and he did not start last 5 games.

With only Halaand on Pep FPL team, Pep is currently at the top of FPL standings (don't ask me how I know; just take my word for it.)

Does anyone still have faith in Darwin? Buwaytress you?

For instance if Fulham had a postponed game, then he needs to get to GW21. Hope that makes it clear.

I'm also keeping Darwin because his game time is guaranteed and there's still a chance he can turn things around; I believe he's getting all the flak on social media, and it's time for him to prove his worth. I couldn't afford Cancelo so I went with Shaw instead because he is in great form and I expect big things from him. I'm not sure why you're still keeping Foden he isn't getting as much playing time as he should and he's too expensive to sit on the bench. Mount is a better alternative.

Still quite good choice for me as long as he is the only healthy striker in the club. But maybe I am crazy, I am also having faith in Foden & Cancelo

I'll be keeping Darwin on team without second at least for a few weeks more until I have a suitable substitution that isn't at a risk of a 5th yellow, that's having Kane and Mitrovic in mind, or until I feel Darwin position in Liverpool squad is being threatened. I'm already thinking of getting Mitrovic the band ahead of their double game week, but then It's still a decision to be reconsidered over the next two match days.

I'm also getting bothered as to when Pep will start an heavy-Haaland rotation, when Alvarez returns ?? but I'm sure until he gets rotated the first time most users are going to stick with him, and so would, there is no way I'm letting the entire pool get the Haaland captainship advantage over me again Cheesy

Okay now, that's funny! I'm not gonna, and I don't want to be in your shoes, but it would have been worse if you hadn't manage to scoop the couple of prizes that was up for grab for this week.

I tried to make my team very flex and kept a lot of cheap options, but I would have been glad if Guardiola had not bothered to bring in Cancelo in yesterday as Shaw would have been his automatic replacement.

Going into the new GW, I'm faced with a couple of multiple tough choices to make, and the toughest of them is to pick just one of the following players;

Trossard vs Arsenal,
Shaw vs Wolverhampton
or
Andreas vs Southampton.

while I'm pretty sure one of these options would yield some valid points of at least 7, I really can't bring myself to settle for just one, and using the bench boost isn't an option yet for me rn.

That is almost a given but maybe just maybe it will work out for new Mitrović owners since Southampton are really bad and Fulham will score in this one for sure. What is worse many people transferred out Mitrović for Wilson just before the deadline since Mitrović was not sure to start while there was no news for Wilson. By the way if some o fyou have Wilson I have a feeling he will miss next game as well. He has some unknown illness but it got him good.

I am looking forward to surprise on the faces of new Ream owners. People buying him like crazy cause of the big haul and forgetting he is playing for Fulham, one of the worst defenses in PL. If they think he will score more goals, well chances are this was his last goal in career. He is 35 years old and scored 5 goals in his career so far. That gives him an average of one goal roughly every three seasons Grin

You beat me to it, haha. I was about to say something similar. There's no way this bald man isn't playing fantasy football; his team must be doing well; it's no longer news to bench any of his players with the most picks. 1M fucking manager had Foden and Cancelo on their team and this dude just lay them off for no reason, I'm sure KDB and Halaand are going less than 5 points each. There are three of my City players on the field, but nothing to be proud of unless Walker drops a masterclass with an assist.

Guardiola doing what he does best, I was going to triple down on City ahead of their double GWs, but I knew I can't be sure of any player that would play in both fixtures, I'm definitely going to be shipping out Cancelo very soon, but I can do with having on the bench for the time being hence my move for multiple cheap options of defenders with assured playing, I think Guardiola seemed to have found some great interest in Manuel Akanji and considering his price, maybe he wouldn't be such bad investment, but without attacking returns would it be worth it ?

Gakpo caught me by complete surprise, but he might actually fit in well, agree. Nunez. Well. I can see he's struggling to adapt to pressing and defending, so his turnover suffers.

That's promising, it's difficult to find someone who offers this much at his age, he reminds me of Jota, who is so versatile and can play at any position perfectly, that was so quick from Liverpool knowing that Manchester United approached and had been in contact for more than 3 months, it only took Liverpool 1 week to get it done. Liverpool has one of the best modern bursiness departments in the league, I'm not sure what their fans are complaining about.

agree on both, template is probably stronger now than in few rounds, and Haaland made it to be play with 10 players without captain, since almost all have him on perma captain position (risky bet to change that, although looking at overall scores, Kane has few points less than him so far)
