Do you mean that you paid for extra transfers? I would like to clarify, are they deducted from the total number of points scored or from the points you score in the current round? I, too, have already started hunting only for the yellow cap and will also act in the same way Wink

In the previous rounds, I acted modestly (in terms of transfers) since I had a wild card, plus I thought that the Liverpool players would show themselves at least at the second or third try, but it looks like we need to get rid of them completely.

Obviously, waiting too long has lead me to procrastination which always results in my passing the transfer deadline and eventually, I get to repeat a recent team unwilling. It’s something I’ve been avoiding lately and I made an example out of Salah. If he couldn’t be productive in a DG, I didn’t see where else his going to have that performance.

As for me, I am dissatisfied with my curse of 50 points (with which I even won a yellow cap once) received on average. I want at least more volatile results, and not vegetating in the middle. And it seems to me that I picked the right team for this about 4 rounds ago, but Liverpool destroyed everything and brought me back to my usual level Grin

My tikitaka decision was about to pay off last night - 1 disallowed goal and one woodwork, he played well but luck wasn't on his side. We move on to the Tottenham game.

I wasn't sure about Halaand starting and I still have a lot of money in the bag to bring In Halaand so I'm not worried.

It is all about total points, when your team is in a bad place it is better to take hits than keep the bad team. I was planning to not get in such a situation but injuries to Udogie and Gusto destroyed my plans.

So I transferred out Salah, Nunez, Udogie, Gusto, Eze & Brereton Diaz. They have a combined score of 4 points?
I got Isak, Gordon, Burn, Foden & Porro. Only Newcastle players played and they have 25 points, when you remove 20 from free hit it is still 5 which is more than 4. Everything I get from Foden, Son & Porro is a bonus.

So I profited from that hit in 1 GW and I made it with future GWs in my mind. In short, I was much better off doing that -20 hit. The only way it can backfire now is if Son & Isak lose their position and Liverpool guys start playing like crazy from the next GW.

N. Jackson, for real! Like I saw him on some of your teams and I was like, for real! Is it because of the DG or that’s just because his missed far too many chances, come under some heavy critics that would push for a change… the guy is terrible, just terrible. I wouldn’t have him, not with what I’ve seen him do lately and a DG isn’t going to change that.

Palmer, yeah Palmer is good, I am looking at him for a possible triple captain but, that still depends on how I feel about him in the coming weeks. Isak is another option and them both would considered carefully.
