Sorry if I seem nosy but can you share more details with us about what happened? Did someone hack your account and stole your funds or it was caused by something else?
And did Betplay take any precautions to prevent this from happening again with other users, such as disallowing accessing the same account from different countries at the same time.
I'm sure they are looking into it. And honestly that just remind me the importance of 2FA. I'm grateful it happened on a small bankroll that might be a security issue, but this can happen on any sites I guess.

At this point, the casino should take responsibility to protect their users. I have an account on Stakes, with no 2FA and we have all of the IP log and none of those IPs are showing I even ask their support.

The fact that I was playing and the withdrawal was made is even worse because that means multiple people from different countries can connect to one account. This does not make any sense.

Are you using VPN or something that can change your IP address. If you’re not using VPN then the report says your account has been accessed by six user in different country then the site is probably leaking your information to hackers. Please keep us updated their case as soon as it was resolved by betplay. In case they denied your case, just create your own scam accusation thread on the Reputation thread.
