Hi OP, this is a suggestion and a request
When ever I am sending any mail through your offline support, I do not recieve any confirmation mail stating my ticket number and also a thank you message. If it has not been implemented then please do so as I need to something to quote you when your support doesnot respond.
My old issue has not been solved yet and I have sent another mail asking them, if I do not hear from them within 48 hours, I will Update this post for you to help me as you have been very helpful in the past.

Recieved a reply from the support after few hours of raising a request. That is good service. I have raised a withdrawal request and hopefully it gets processed with in 24 hours.
I will update my post once it has ben done.
Okay, there is no confirmation mail when you use the support email address but they are pretty active here, they always share new stuff and solving the withdrawal problems which has been a problem since day 1 of course (and they would prefer it not to be a problem as well just like us but they also have to run a legit business).
So, if you have a problem then you can either send in a mail and write here or pm them here about the problem and the mail or the shorter version you can PM them here right away without using the mail or even write on the topic here to get more awareness to your problem which makes it solved a lot more quicker.
It also helps the website as well, you share a problem, they solve it and people who consider playing here see that website solves the problems and publicly gets a thanks.
