I would strongly advise anyone against depositing and playing at Betroar in its current state. Their website is a complete mess, riddled with critical bugs that would make them broke by sheer exploitation. Customer support is non-existent and when/if it's present it's utterly clueless and unhelpful. It's very likely that the incompetent developers won't be able to fix their website and just fold up shop and go.

Their referral program is good but we do not have any data to rely on and we have to accept bonus and if we do not do that in time it wont show again.
Fairly sure you can claim ref bonuses whenever (doesn't have to be within X hours of the ref signing up - just don't 'reject' it when you get the popup notification).

Honestly, the live support thing is not ideal of course but at the same time it works, so I think its both bad but also good. Not many websites have a functioning proper support that helps out the people that frequently and with speed, most of them just put up an email address for the support and then tell you to mail the support and hope to get an answer back.
I am not going to name any names to be professional and I already complained about it on their own topic but one place even didn't responded me for months, it wasn't something major so I forgot but dudes literally ignored me for 3 months. So, having this type of support on a new website is awesome, I just hope they can keep up with the numbers when they get bigger as well because then it will become harder to keep it up.

Nope it should be credited automatically but a lot of users don't get it. Just try their support, some says that works.

Yesterday, I was sick and I wanted to just stay home all day doing nothing and remembered this place and came in, I would like to say to everyone, the "bugs" are not there all the time, sometimes lag happens and you fail but it is not common as you might imagine, it is good enough to play and you rarely get the "bugs" that keeps you from gambling. They should be fixed and it is bothersome at some point but don't imagine it is like all the time that keeps you from playing all the time type of huge deal, it is not that big of a deal.

It's no secret that we started with a few bumps. We had two major issues.
First, an exploit allowed a handful of bad actors to create a ton of fake referral fees. While most requests will be completed sooner than that, this review is needed to ensure there is no abuse of our bonus or referral system. Our second issue involved the grading of sporting/eSports events being delayed or wrong. We have made significant progress on this but there is still work to do. Our insistence on offering anonymous bitcoin betting means we don't have access to all of the API services the big guys use, so we need some workarounds. We have greatly improved this in the past two days and expect it to be working perfectly by the end of the week. Moving forward, if your bet is delayed more than 24 hours or graded incorrectly, you will receive an additional 10% profit on your payout when we fix it.
We'll also be implementing several of your suggestions from this thread in the coming days, so stay tuned!
