You didnt understand my first sentence correctly. I did receive the bonus but lost it and then deposited.

I reported a critical bug 2 days ago aswell, no response so far. Speed does not seem to be their strongest quality

They should at least focus or do put up some emphasis on this field and they'll be good.I do see the seriousness of the team on building and hearing communities voice but they should be more responsive this time.
