For the ones that haven't experienced controlling their greed, they'll fall on it. And by that experience, it's the one that's gonna teach them to control themselves so that they won't be on the loose if they gamble again.
And to your experience, I think you're well off enough to take out that greed that's inside you.

You already got the addiction because your mind always thinks about play more and take the risk more. You are lucky when you can increase your $400 into $2,800, but if you can stop when it reaches $2,800 in ethereum and just hold it, you will make a big profit now. The gambling game can seduce us to still playing longer without thinking that the loss will come after the next round.

But you still lucky because your girl does not leave you, especially when you lose all of that money. It needs to be grateful this moment, and you should not back to gambling again for a while. Otherwise, you will get more worst experience later.

Well it's fine if you'll stick to that entertainment part but most of the time gambler's extend that  purpose engaging too much then ended up regretting everything.

You are exceptional once you found the patterns that will allow you to have much higher winning chance. There are few who manage to win and discreetly enjoying more with the strategy that they've using. Not a lot but those who did are very discipline as they can manage to adjust and act rightfully from every situations that they're facing while inside the gambling house.

True but they are the exception rather than the rule, and eventually those gamblers become legendary either because they were extremely lucky or because they found a method to beat a particular casino game, but for the rest of us we must accept the fact that it is going to be impossible for us to win long term in gambling, and that is fine because we should be gambling for entertainment purposes and not as a way to try to earn money as that always ends badly.

Not everyone is a loser in gambling, it's always the word majority is used, so not everyone.

If we are a loser, we belong to the majority of gamblers who are contributing to make a gambling site profitable, but its not really a big problem if we are having fun, and I believe most gamblers likes to have fun and they would not seriously felt the loses as in the first place, they know that their chances is lower compared to the betting sites.

It is a never-ending discussion about greed and gambling which sums up to the solution of control. A gambler that can't contain his greediness is likely to lose.
Several stories have been heard about those scenarios that made their situations from fortune to misfortune. And it did happened just because of their wrong decisions and uncontrollable attitude.

That is obvious.

That is the reason why I am talking about gambling itself and not avoiding gambling. That is why I am talking about control since I am also talking about when someone can't stop gambling. Although controlling one's self doesn't mean that you can avoid gambling and also avoid losing, as they said, we can't stop losing but we can minimize our losses.

Even if you do learn you would still lose but the difference is that it is already on the controlled manner which means losses are less and getting wrecked is less too.
I agree that Greed is part of the human nature and its just a normal thing that do come out if we do deal with money and we know that we cant just neglect
incase we do lost it and seeing it on our very own eyes.Proper self control and discipline towards your finances should be the main priority.
Dont bet too much on the amount that you cant afford to lose and dont go overboard on spending your life savings just because you do seek out for leisure
and of course on the aim on making yourself rich in short time through gambling which we know that it isnt possible to happen.

Greed is what we feel most of the time, it's in human nature. You expect that many will be in bad shape because of their greed and bad decision making. If someone losses and because he's greedy, it's part of it and we'll see it every time and every year.
Not learning from it will keep them losing.

Thanks for sharing your gambling journey last year. 2020 is an eye-opener for most of us where we realized that our 9-5 jobs can be lost in a snap of a finger. And I don't really blame you for choosing gambling as your way of making mney this pandemic. Just hoping that with you sharing your story to us, you have also learned most things that you otherwise wouldn't learn. Like being more wise in betting and knowing when to quit while still ahead.

Definitely no, inevitable means unavoidable, of course you can avoid gambling so you will not experience loses.


As the principle in gambling goes, "gamble what you can afford to lose only".. that should what everyone has to do, this means you are gambling responsibly and regardless if you are aiming to grow your funds or just purely for fun, discipline has to be always in place.

In reality, gambling is risky but you'll minimize that risk by responsible gambling.

Losing in gambling is inevitable.

And that is on you on how you will be controlling yourself. Despite that you control yourself every day, it doesn't mean that you will not lose but it can mean that the loss you will be taking is not that much as you can stop whenever you wanted to. If you can't stop gambling at least try to control your self and usually in this situation, gamblers can be triggered by their emotion.

I can control with gambling but not with future trading, I know both system have the same way with your money but I think more prefer future trading than betting because you can manage your money with future by looking potential position for opening, with gambling if have been your style better you need to move step by step like you stop gambling one day for a week, then you try to add two day until you stop all your day with gambling because not give good effect with your soul.

No one can state they're passionate about gambling. If one is passionate about gambling, then his mind is thinking much about gambling and he's half addicted. Myself used to say with my girl, I want to be a pro gambler. She used to make fun of me. I too take it funny, and without her knowledge I lost what she has kept as savings in terms of bitcoin and ethereum. I lost the bitcoin worth of $2500, and was left with $400 worth of ethereum. My mind wavered thinking about her. Suddenly took high risk and went for continuous high rolls and made the ethereum worth of $400 to $2800. Somehow when she checked the wallet only ETH was available. I managed stating the market of ethereum is to grow high, so I changed bitcoin to ethereum. The very next day the win of $2800 from $400 didn't let me sit idle. My mind always think of it, and controlled myself. Finally we went for a beauty salon. My girl went for a haircut, and the mobile was with me, I started and ended with ZERO. This happened last Sunday, so addiction continues and I'm trying to create a charity to help the addicted gamblers like me collecting donations. Till day my girl keeps crying whenever she remembers the amount I've lost which have been saved by her like small droplets of water. When you're into grambling mind never thinks of anyone.

If you can know when to stop gambling, you do not have to lose every day or lose your money but that will not be bigger. We must manage our money to gamble, and we can use a small amount of money as you say before we lose more money. Maybe you can reduce your time to gamble every day, and change it into three times a week, so you do not have to lose every day.

That is what attracts many people to gamble in the first place, the idea that you can earn a lot of money very easily without any effort, and even if we know that over the long term this is mathematically impossible very few people are well-versed enough in mathematics and probabilities in order to understand that, so when other persons see that their friend is earning a lot of money in the casino they want to try their luck as well because who doesn't like the idea of having more money in their pocket with a low amount of effort?

Not good ideas if you waste all your daily days with gambling because not have chance to get more in gambling, I think we soul push to keep betting when get profit and loss become most motivation to bet more but when loss all we have realize how bad we are, why not stopping when get much profit and keep going on next day, this gambling way always make you blind and never have stop for playing before you loss all, I think you need to take care when get profit save half and going on half with your profit until loss 

You're lucky to lose only on weekends and that's different for me, because at least almost every day I get lost. I also bet a little money because then, at least I can bet every day on the many sports there are. But yes, even though it's only a small amount of money, if it's done every day and the results are lost, then it still hurts and it's difficult for me to reverse the situation because my history of defeat is too high.

Still laughing when thinking my self why always put betting on weekend during have football match, when beginning on betting almost my prediction loss with one match only but never try how to stop it, many time loss and waste much money so far with gambling site but many of us never have ideas when quit from betting or gambling, but I only beginning with small amount for betting about 300 DOGE each weekend and only playing with football match.

So self control will be something that every gambler needs to have to prevent the losing money. If they have self control, they will not think about getting their money back because they know that when they are playing gambling, they can win or lose, depending on how good their luck. So it is not recommended to stay in a game for an hour or many hours because that will make you spend more money on gambling.


Before the addiction comes to the gambler, he will have a big passion for gambling more, especially if he can not win anything. The big passion comes with curiosity, and then if the gambler still continues playing gambling, the addiction will come behind. Once they become an addiction, everything will ruin and that does not need too long to see their balance will go. Unfortunately, not all gamblers are big boys who can have much money, but they are trying to manage their money before they break.
