What's the maximum bet, i read the previous posts one guys said he can only bet max 50mbtc per bet, it is a bad rule if there is a bet limit cos you have already limit the odds over 1.5.

Not the one to answer but from reading the previous posts between BetVIP and bgerg I think this limit is not related/due to bonus but due to him playing in a way they decided to not welcome (arbitrage betting?).

You can still choose that you raise my winnig limit for example 0.5 BTC so i have to place at least 31 winner bets (or i can lose all my btc in 3-4 bets) to complete your bonus requirements or that red warning under your name will stay forever.
The choice is yours. Allow your customer (me) to probably lose all btc in 30 bets or lose new customers (cos the red warning label under your name in the forum with reference to this issue )

Hi, nice to see that, user interface is neat and cool, responding time is fast, and I see 2 freerolls, but the registration was failed because it says I don't have enough money(2mbtc) to register, what's wrong? Shouldn't be a freeroll?? Why I need to pay registration fee?

@fox : actually the non CGP freerolls is starting tomorrow (thursday), perhaps you are registering for today's freeroll which still has the 2CGP requirement fee. You can try to register for tomorrow's freerolls, there are 2 x 50 mBTC freerolls for tomorrow that has been listed on the site

My winning limit is 50mbtc (12 USD) after 1 lost bet and i have 1 BTC bonus.

How many bets should i place to complete your bonus requirements ?

If i take the lowest odds 1.5 , then my maximum stake could be only 33.33 mbtc (8 USD)
So if i want to complete your bonus requirements i have to place (1*10/0.033 =) 303 bets @1.5, 400 bets @ 2

So what do you think about it ?

Could you please PM me your account details so that I can take a look at your bet history and see why there is a limit? Your account would not have been limited if you have placed only one bet. There may be a limit on that particular market depending on what the risk limit is on a particular market. For example, if there is a very popular boxing match on and 1000s of people bet, there is a limit to the amount of money any betting business can risk if all their clients were to win the bet.

This is very standard for any betting company. I would need to investigate your account and see what the case is here before I can say 100% what the issue is.

All betting platforms have the right to restrict a player where their traders deem necessary. This is not done lightly, they investigate each account in depth and look for certain criteria that is deemed as unfair play in the industry. This is standard practice.

Please understand that a betting platform holds a lot of risk for the operator and we expect fair play from our clients.

Had you won the bet we would have gladly paid across the amount owed to you in full. The traders would have come to the same conclusion to limit your account. Unfortunately the bet was lost so it cannot be refunded. You were not limited on that particular bet, just on future bets.
