How many bets should i place to complete your bonus requirements ?

If i take the lowest odds 1.5 , then my maximum stake could be only 33.33 mbtc (8 USD)
So if i want to complete your bonus requirements i have to place (1*10/0.033 =) 303 bets @1.5, 400 bets @ 2

So what do you think about it ?

There may be a limit on that particular market depending on what the risk limit is on a particular market. For example, if there is a very popular boxing match on and 1000s of people bet, there is a limit to the amount of money any betting business can risk if all their clients were to win the bet.

This is very standard for any betting company. I would need to investigate your account and see what the case is here before I can say 100% what the issue is.

Is this some kind of new game type though? I noticed that instead of NL type game this freeroll is Fixed type games. Honestly this new type is kinda boring as it makes the game slower than usual because player cant raise at his desire bet amount. Kinda fix it to be the normal game instead though

As for this one, It seems like something is wrong here, blinds is 15/30 but in the table the blinds is set up half of what it should be. This only happen for this time as I have never occured something like this from my entire experience playing here

We have the biggest freerolls of any BTC poker site as well as a daily 200 mBTC tournament. We are working hard on getting more players on the cash tables. Having a larger tournament wont necessarily achieve this goal. Our freerolls are only accessible with CGPs now so if players want to enter these, they will have to play in the ring games.

Our bonus does not work like that at all. A player is free to withdraw their deposit at anytime, it is not locked in by the bonus. They cannot withdraw the bonus without certain requirements being met as this would mean we would just be giving away free money.

So, I agree with Fox. Your deposit bonus is used to lock user deposit.
Lets say, I deposit 1BTC and get another 1BTC as the bonus. Then I placed several bets and lost 1.5BTC, so I still have 0.5btc in my balance. Can I withdraw my left balance 0.5BTC if I did not reach the rollover requirement yet? Of course not, right?

If i take the lowest odds 1.5 , then my maximum stake could be only 33.33 mbtc (8 USD)
So if i want to complete your bonus requirements i have to place (1*10/0.033 =) 303 bets @1.5, 400 bets @ 2

So what do you think about it ?

Is it fair from a book to limit their customers account after 1 (lost) bet (so much) not to be able to complete the bonus requirements ?
