No project would guarantee the investors, but IEO appears to be a better choice compared to ICO as the way of crowd funding is more secure since it's done in an exchange and no exchange would just ran away if they are operating profitable in the space.

I guess with any venture that we participate or join in we must always keep in mind that for as long as there is money involve in any investment the risk will always be there, so its really better to observe, analyze and study first before you jump in with anything so you wouldn't regret in the end. It will help you to build confidence while waiting for your investment, if you do your research you will not worry if there's some negative movements you will relax yourself and keep holding, even in this venue of investment you still needs to work with your research it will add to avoid failures with invested money that you will going to use.

IEO is getting better than ICO as there are so many scams project before in line of ICO.
Now IEO is the talk of the people and investors is getting more trust to it.
Though remember that this is just like ICO before and many cheaters will do their new way.

When adoption of IEO gain popularity, we all know it will have the negative part of it. The most painful part is that many investors have not realized that avoidance of scam is not the only problem associated with investing in ICO. Many of this exchange platforms that are well known as dumping ground take importance of this and they keeps on accepting both new and old project to list their token on their launchpads for cheap fee. The basic truth is that they lack liquidity and ones the token get listed on such exchange, the price falls until the project become dead. Before, project dev use to tell lies that it is hunters that dump token but now we all know this is pure lies. XCT that was listed on latoken has been dumped Even though bounty hunters tokens are locked.

it really can be a real example for an IEO case in exchange. that it gives us the view that the IEO is being exchanged is also large and does not necessarily make investors successful. isn't this not much different from the ICO we have been through in previous years?

Among the exchanges listed, I can still trust Kucoin and Bittrex with whatever facts and figures they give on whatever IEO is held on their platform.
If you can still remember vividly, Bittrex cancelled the first IEO that was to be held on its platform, simply because it noticed an abnormality in the project that wanted to raise the fund. So such will not want to put the name that has been built for a long time into jeopardy.

First of all beware of IEO on Idax. Please don't invest in any IEO on Idax exchange. Many projects has been scammed by Idax already.
Secondly, don't just participate in any IEO you see an exchange. Please check out he trends of previous IEO's hosted on that exchange before investing your money. You might find out some important information by the just conducting a research on past projects that conducted IEO on the exchange.

right, not all exchanges are good for using the IEO program because some exchanges only make the IEO a pump and dump program, which is very dangerous for novice investors if they don't know. So in my opinion, choose an exchange with the IEO that was previously successful

I usually tell people that IEO is a temporary solution to a long term fund raising problem. The only reason why people prefer IEO over ico is because the exchanges usually guarantees the legality of the project, and the exchanges with good reputation are better at this, that is why Binance IEOs always sell out. I think the best solution is to accept regulations for tokensale, which is the best way to eradicate scam projects.

Recently idax was successful with IEO CMA and XCrypt. but the team reported that IDAX committed a fraud of 10 BTC.
IDAX exchanges are dangerous and detrimental to investors.
