I get no air from the climate control system. The display behaves properly but the blower just doesn't respond to any command, be it hot or cold. I had a local shop check fuses and they found no immediate problem but I stopped them after they wanted to charge for getting in behind the dash since it didn't appear they knew much about the jag.
