Although I applaud the effort, I remember early in our thread SeasonW warned us that yobit doesnt really honor the .10 btc adds for bitcoin derived coins, he said they got lazy and only honor the price for erc20 tokens. Then I believe Luke cancelled the offer.
But if you know someone on the inside I wish you the best and of course look forward to it if it works...

This issue does have an effect on biblepay and is impacting the ability for sanctuaries to query the proper wcg credit. Meaning that currently we are 'frozen' in a state where the sancs are reporting the last known wcg credit levels per researcher.
The good news is it appears all we need is a wcg data token. What is unknown about the token is if we can use it organization wide. I'm hoping one biblepay.org token will allow all biblepay decentralized sanctuary nodes from distinct IPs to use the same token. That remains to be seen.
I applied for a token, waiting for reply. As soon as I receive it I'll test and see if we can include this change as a mandatory upgrade for sancs... This is my highest priority.
That's good to know. I see other coins and websites using data from WCG are also in the same situation and applied for a token.
I'm really wondering why this data is being affected by the GDPR as this does not seem obvious to me. I have old versions of that file and it doesn't seem that there is anything in there that should be affected by this new regulation. They probably took the easy route instead of actually reviewing what is affected....?
Hopefully this situation can be sorted out really quickly and that in the meantime, nothing similar happens with Rosetta.

I've just created and paid Yobit Premium "Add coin" request. If everything goes ok BBP should be listed there in 4-7 days. Yobit is not a perfect exchange but it is well established with decent volume (40x c-cex volume) and it (more or less) works 365 days a year. I've put contact [at] biblepay.org as a contact mail so BBP devs should cooperate with yobit if needed.

I think you should be paid back! 0.1 BTC (~250k BBP) is within the upcoming budget, so I suggest you make a proposal for the YoBit listing.

Im not sure about this, but its always good to be skeptical, and always be careful of how much risk you take

About QIEX: I actually have a good feeling about them. Sure, there might be fake-volume at the moment, but they did very thorough research on our coin before listing us and had a bunch of requirement for us before listing us (that is the reason that we have a team-page now: https://info.qiex.com/team-member-profile-of-bbp/ ).

Thanks for moving ahead with YoBit, BBP will benefit from the exposure of being traded on a higher-volume exchange.
I think, that higher-volume exchange is needed, but it looks that we need trustful exchange. Good example is QIEX. It looks that QIEX has a lot higher volume as c-cex, but there are almost no bids nor asks. Maybe Yobit (thanks to smbbm) is different case like Qiex, but noone knowns.
I think that it would be nice to have somewhere (maybe biblepay-central.org) info like this:
Generated coins: 655 423 576
Coins locked in MN: 337 900 218 (218 MN - enabled or not)
Staked coins: 171 600 000 (approx)
Tradeable coins: 145 923 358 (it is less than 1/4 of generated coins)
Maybe this would be interresting info for buyers (investors)
My next thought was about no "asks" at QIEX. It looks that with exchanges we need good PR too. Are there any plans for PR?
How it is possible that many coins (tokens) without any "meaningful" value has so much higher 24h traded volume? It is only because ICO, airdrop?
What about make some small airdrop from PR budget? We've talked about paperwallet giveaway here, but it's hard to say what will be more helpful for Biblepay. Paperwallet giveaway in one city (or few cities) or "worldwide" virtual (BTT-based) airdrop. Just to make some noise about Biblepay.
I've been in contact with the owner of airdropalert.com (who is also Dutch) and he was open to cooperate and facilitate an exclusive airdrop. He didn't respond to my last email though (which I sent about a month ago) so I emailed him again just now.
I think that things like giveaways and airdrop will lead to more exposure, and that they should be done from time to time to, indeed, make some noise. Of course, also the general PR should also be in order. For instance there are plans to have a monthly newsletter, which is a nice goal.
Togo made a great post about PR: anyone can participate, and anyone can earn BBP for doing PR and other things that are good for the exposure of the coin!
While we are still a small community now, I think that we will be much bigger at the end of this year
