I had a few wallet crashes this morning as well.

I've mined a block or two this morning, get at least 1 confirm only to have them yanked away...  must be tough competition and a lot of orphans being generated.

At this rate it will be another 24hr till the next superblock (due to 15min wait till mining opens)

Is something wrong right now?
My Desktop PC is not showing all transactions, biblepay-centrals biblepayd is stuck ad "Loading block index" and https://explorebiblepay.com/ is down, as is my own explorer.

Error on biblepay-central:
2018-05-29 09:25:04 Verifying governance.dat format...
2018-05-29 09:25:04 ERROR: Read: Checksum mismatch, data corrupted
2018-05-29 09:25:04 Error reading governance.dat: Dump: File format is unknown or invalid, please fix it manually

Edit: The error on the explorer is longer:

Anyone else having any problems?

My wallet seems to be stable (v1.1.2.4).  Current block 49306, Last block time: Tue May 29 12:23:26 2018 (BST = GMT+1/UTC+1)

EDIT: I do see the following in my debug.log though, so that may relate to the error:

2018-05-29 11:52:35  CPID is not in prior superblock.  Contextual check block failed.  CPID 557d748a659072797daf84734316fd49, Payments: 0.000000  ERROR: ProcessNewBlock: AcceptBlock FAILED
2018-05-29 11:52:35 ERROR: ProcessBlockFound -- ProcessNewBlock() failed, block not accepted

Also it is writing this error to the logfile a lot - I renamed the old log after closing Biblepay, and in under half an hour the new log had reached 235MB and over 2.6 million lines, so is likely what is crashing it on some people's machines.

Try starting the wallet with "-printtoconsole" to see if that stops it crashing.

I restarted my Win10 wallet and it was missing a lot of transactions (almost 4 weeks), but those "re-appaered" over the last 10 minutes or so. My Win7 wallet was still running fine, I tried to close and start it back up and no problems there. Strange things...

Cannot see problems in transactions, but since a couple of hours my windows wallet (Win10) keeps on crashing. Windows 7 and Linux wallets seem to be fine, but on Linux it doesn't seem to mine correctly, only showing about 1/3 CPU usage.
Maybe all this is connected and also the reason why there was no adjustment in the WCG factor today.

My Windows Wallet had just crashed, too.

My masternodes also crashed, and it looks like I'm not the only one:
https://biblepay.eu/

Also, my Windows 7 wallet (that also hasn't crashed dave_ppb) shows a POW Difficulty of 0.00 (and a PODC Difficulty of 48.50).

Code:
12:53:27

getblockhash 49302

12:53:27

24a8ade024d5887c86ddac850bc14fa7d28bcce941e25727ab68e9e69ecb88ab

EDIT: When I try to restart my masternode it says: "Error: Failed to load masternode cache from mncache.dat"
Going to delete mncache.dat and try a -reindex
EDIT2: this seems to have worked
EDIT3: one masternode give the following error: "Error: Failed to load fulfilled requests cache from netfulfilled.dat"
Will delete that file and try again.
EDIT4: Another error on that same sactuary:
Code:
gzip: /root/.biblepaycore/SAN/user2.gz: unexpected end of file
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl >'
what():  bad lexical cast: source type value could not be interpreted as target
I'm giving up for now :p

I have a transaction that keeps popping in then out then in again.
Something is funny, but I don;t know if we will figure out what until Rob wakes up.
So we sit tight Smiley

is BBP wallet on southxchange working?

According to this: https://www.southxchange.com/Home/Wallets

it's offline, with the last block being 49276.

Ok thanks, this looks like something Licht can take a look at reconciling sometime, and then the change can be propagated to Togos explorer.

Ah, the explorer had been stuck again. I start to hate iquidus, it is really not good in fixing the problem it creates Wink
Should be uptodate soon.

Right now, I can't reach http://explorer.biblepay.org:3001. Does anyone else has this problem?

There is this explorer too: https://explorebiblepay.com/

POW doesn't work right now because there was no PODC block yesterday and consequently all CPIDs are "invalid". This is a problem that has been discussed before, but I don't think there was a solution implemented.
In a couple of hours (after block 49405) everything should be fine. Wink

I deactivated the hard solution checking, so that users see more solutions/shares on their accounts until the next podc superblock has arrived. Indeed, that won't bring more blocks, as the 15 minute rule is still part of the blockchain.

Is it the POW have problem on purepool or for all heatmining?

I saw the difficulty_pow and networkhashps both are very low now, it seem unreasonable.

P.S.: Don't ask me how the network pays right now and who is credited the blocks, but the pools definitely aren't. Perhaps someone with more understanding of the technicalities can answer that question.^^

Can you explain how pre-funding charities work? Have you committed to sponsoring a set number of children for Compassion and/or other charities? If so, does this number stay static until you get to a six month surplus? What happens after then? You try to maintain a six month surplus and that's the target each month? Or do you plan on changing goals like funding up to a year, or adding more children? I think this is good governance and mitigating the fluctuations in BBP & BTC prices.

What's the plan if BBP or BTC price tanks and your six month buffer starts to dwindle? What's the worse case scenario? People work for free, and make best effort to support poor children?  Just trying to project what would have happened if we had a spike leading up to Jan 2018 and then a huge price crash for BTC.

Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
I see that coinmarketcap is reporting 50 million more coins than we have in the money supply:

gettxoutsetinfo
"total_amount": 670910023.49635832

Could someone see if it is the explorer doing this?

I noticed the money supply was accurate 3 days ago.

None of the block explorers, coinmarketcap or the console agree, Rob.
