The 'user' who's payment address starts LhRXfDoDuN is a serious botter who's constantly screwing around with and locking up potatoes. cmon bitpotato you were supposed to ban these botters by now, this same guy seems to buy every potato.
If you buy the 3 hour potato even when it resets you have no chance of selling it. It's a great earner for the site but cmon guys this thing needs a rethink.

He's right. I've seen the 3-hour potato only receive one purchase over the past 4 or 5 rounds. People will soon figure this out and they won't even bother with it.
Honestly, messing around with the top row is worthless. The starting prices are just too high so each potato will only receive one or two purchases. Until they change something, I'm totally ignoring these four potatoes.
Coinbomb seems to be a lot more unpredictable and also has a lot more winners since they start with lower prices. Bitpotato's interface is a lot better, so I would love to see them follow coinbomb in this regard.
If you read this thread Bitpotato says the only money they make is really the initial purchase. So their idea was to make the initial purchase much bigger. This results in more money for them, but a lot less winners. Greedy.

there's still some strange bugs. just clicked on the gods potato, says send ninety something ltc to blah blah all fine. before i can do anything the potato magically changes to 15ltc and verifying payment for someone else?

It's almost been 12 hours since I sent you an email, and I still haven't gotten a response. Your support is pretty slow. And my IP is still banned.
They need to drastically lower the starting prices. With such high starting prices the top row is worthless. There are usually one or two purchases and then no one touches it. It's a really predictable pattern. It's really easy to determine which purchase will net you money, and which will not. People will slowly stop buying potatoes above a certain threshold, and that threshold will slowly get lower and lower until no one even buys the top potatoes.
The bottom row is not as predictable, but it's still easy to detect patterns. Again, they need to lower the starting amount on these. There should be one or two potatoes where someone can get in without much of an investment. I would love to see a potato which increments a fixed amount (maybe 1 LTC) but has a quick time.

That's def true. Imagine seeing a potato with a minimum investment growing for day's or weeks to an utterly amount of LTC's. That would only be possible if the timer was programmed to about 24h like in the first days. That's more like a thrill than just waiting till the potato gets cooked and no one is buying it.
On the other hand, big gains attracts another kind of gamblers who are willing to take higher risks.

Lots of talk about Bit Potato and other similar sites in the troll box. Best of luck but it'll be a pass for me especially after reading the mod edit on the first page.
So this is supposed to be a gambling site or what? :'(I'm not clicking that like w/o a better description of what the heck this thing is.
Bitpotato is legit and definitely pays out. Coinbomb is also great and easier to secure positions due to no/very few bots. I love that they put the news and updates about new bombs on their site and not on just twitter. The BTC support is awesome. Gotta love that Gigaton Bomb!
