Hey, i want to use the qt wallet, i have 2 private keys...from the multi sign webwallet. How can use the keys? I cant connect... Sad

The web wallet is on a different fork, so simply sending coins from there to the QT Wallet will not work.

Here is a guide on how to import your web wallet private key into the latest version of the QT Wallet:
https://forum.bitbay.market/t/how-to-import-your-bitbay-web-wallet-private-key-into-the-bitbay-qt-wallet/2227
i know, i have 2 private keys en is not working for me  Huh

The QT uses only one key. The markets client uses two. However the web wallet uses compressed key format and markets wallet uses uncompressed. So until the web wallet is fixed I think there is no other way to use the two keys. We might add compatibility to markets wallet if time allows. However we update the web wallet anyways.
i have the multi sign webwallet, this is wy i have 2 keys,  Sad

Yeah I realize that, we are working on updating the web wallet. If you are really in need to spend it before hand let me know and I can assist you. Meanwhile just wait a little bit for us to update the web wallet as we are working on it.
how long for the webwallet update ready?

I don't know but it could be up to a month or two. It might be sooner but I don't want to give any expectations. Just be a little patient and check back with us. We have been busy. I just started going over it today actually.

Can't you just install the QT wallet, wait for it to Synch and then send your Bay to your new QT wallet's address?
I follow above mentioned steps : just did a first test transaction of a couple of bay and when I was sure it worked I sent the rest.
 no it is the webwallet...

I understood you have your coins on a webwallet : so did I months ago.
What I meant is when I decided to switch to qt wallet  I :
- installed it on my pc
- waited for it to be synched to latest block
- sent a small bay amount from my web wallet to my qt one
- waited a couple of minutes to check it reached my qt wallet
- sent the remaining webwallet balance to my qt receiving address.
the webwallet from bitbay don't  work for the moment, the problem is my 2 private keys...

The JPL license is what asks coins to airdrop or pay BTC, but it's not guaranteed they would.

And yeah cryptobridge closed so it wouldn't have mattered. Also, their volume and liquidity was very low. Some days we were the top in volume on their exchange for
just a few grand. The key moving forward is to seek out liquidity and volume and exposure.

Shame because their exchange was holding bay on coinmarketcap

I note Blocknet have on their roadmap that the coins listed on blocknet will be on coinmarket cap in 2and quarter 2020 which could be excellent news for many projects destroyed at the hands of centralized exchanges

With nxt the clones must air drop 20% I think to holders of nxt

That is the same thing bay is going with right? So that is quite a huge lump for new dev teams to contend with that will hopefully put them off but if we obfuscate the code too then we should be okay

Regarding the crypto bridge kyc I expect they were compelled to do that. Did they refuse to employ the peg?

Really smaller exchanges should go for it for the volume it will generate for them once word gets out

Comment on this one if you like to bring awareness to bitbay
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.53832763

Also don't forget to list your reasons for believing Bitbay or any other of your favourite projects on there if you think they are credible  for 50x against bitcoin. I doubt many alts are to be fair.

I will ask all projects that really have a good chance at a 50x based on novel design and usecase
Looking for 10 ro 20 but Bitbay is clearly near the top. It should be top 25 at a minimum.

With is own bitcoin exchange built into the wallet a mandatory dev fund and voting and a few tweaks for assured  tx speed to handle higher traffic ( variable block size?) And web / phone markets that are fully synced and functional with the original marketplace would mean it has everything to be top 3 really

Sort  of Amazon Ebay futures markets insurance actually everything lol

Bittrex delisting handed some lucky people this under 50 sats

The JPL license will be helpful and although it won't prevent cloning, it would help in some cases to generate income from projects who are willing to pay the up front fee. Obfuscation of the variables helps for now. Nobody has complained about it and when someone wants the source I give it to them anyways. For the peg people might ask, I was considering releasing partial source and then leaving out important parts so it can be partially audited but not cloned. Either that or do some obfuscation there as well.

Wait you are saying Blocknet had 136K USD in volume?! In one day?

I will double check that but I think they said that it was 136k

Obfuscate, license what we can to lock this baby down.

I also noticed that Blocknet said binance tried to get their code to copy
We will have 20 bitbays in a few months once people realize what you have created.

I guess it is unlikely any reputable teams will refuse to pay the % but license + obfuscation for the win.
That Harry Potter stuff has stumped a lot of copycats.

Regardless of the roi I am looking forward to the day Bitbay is serving up every item and service you could ever want. No middlemen no 3rd party escrow...just streamlined efficient trade. The potential is massive there is only the small matter of just getting to the critical mass to get the network effect going. Wonder what the tx this baby will take?

Great work can't wait to see how this goes. Did cryptobridge not go with the peg?

I wonder why bittrex removed bay? Did they say? Most of their new ones are junk and will be dead in 6 months.

20? 20 you say??

A bit of an underestimate I think!!

cryptobridge instituted a really strict kyc policy with no notice and then shut down a week later. Super shady...
