I've been playing here for quite awhile and also have many friends that play here.
Honestly I don't know what happened with the change in hands, but this site has gone down hill.
It has a great range of slot providers with instant payouts, but it's got to be the last casino on the planet that doesn't offer deposit bonuses.
They recently took away the re-load bonuses and replaced them with "races" with payouts that just aren't at a level that entices you to play here without a bonus.
They never give free spins unless there is a major problem. When I say never, I mean never.
Even friends that are under their "VIP" status don't seem to get free spins anymore.
a few months back I made quite a number of deposits and withdrawals, mostly all with their now defunct 25% bonus, had to have wagered well above 20k euro for the month. I was rewarded with ten 0.25 spins. (€2.50).
To top things off, their support is usually a waste of time if you have a problem (not always), it seems like most of them have no idea what type of field that are working in and are simply a body to respond/transfer.
honestly bitcasino, instead of changing the look of the website every year, maybe try and work on customer retention. Stop taking away bonuses and cater to those who continuously deposit and keep you in business. There are many other options for us players out there and we are going to take our business to those that treat us like customers.
It's not 100% correct that we have replaced the 25% reload bonus with only races.
We now have weekly campaigns which range from free spins offer, leaderboards, deposit campaigns
and cashback on losses. We are constantly working to please all customer needs.
The unfinished business you’ve linked to relates to an issue with a signature campaign, which was resolved from our end.

I couldn't agree more. This casino has really gone downhill for the worse. Whoever bought this casino doesn't have a clue about how to run it.
