i tried a few bitcoin casinos yesterday with small amounts. this one is the easiest to use however when i tried to withdraw a small amount, they suspended my account. live help told me to contact security team and the security team requested kyc. then told me my account was flagged for multi accounting. i only have one account, however i use a vpn 24/7 so i told them that. the other websites i tried did not cause any problem(the ones that i won at least). anyone else had a problem like this?

Hi lazcemal! Could you please PM your username and I can have a look what's the case on your account? Smiley

How many games are integrated?

I think we're close 1500 games in total or even more than that! Plenty to choose from Cool

All in all, KYC might be requested. On your Bitcointalk profile it says you're accessing this forum from India and therefore Bitcasino.io should be accessible for you.

Yes, I am from India. Gambling is illegal in India and it is a State subject. Every state has its own laws regarding gambling. There is no legal framework which says online gambling is illegal. I guess that is why most of the Casinos accepts Indian players. Since the laws are not clear regarding online casinos, I prefer to be anonymous while accessing casinos. This is why I am using VPN.
Gambling is illegal in India? This I didnt know as I did not do any research into it before hearing it from the forum. Embarrassed
Same as most states in the US they have their own laws and do not allow you to log into a site that is related to gambling.
But most of those players who are restricted to gambling find a way to log into to those sites regardless using a method either through VPN or some others.
Also with India banking industry having a hard view on cryptocurrencies and its use by their clients I can see those who want to use these crypto casinos being very difficult.

Yes gambling is illegal in India. But, skill based games (rummy for example) and lotteries are legal in many States. Gambling act was instated before Online gambling came into existence. Some amendments regarding online gambling has added to laws in few States. From my personal view, The government should make it legal and regulate it. Indian illegal gambling market is worth billions and government literally not doing anything effectively on this matter.

Hey guys!

As with the latest Litecoin announcement, we are always looking to improve our site and services.
Therefore we want to hear more from you and want to know is there any missing features on our site? Huh

For example something we've thought about is a currency converter that can be used to convert cryptocurrencies to FIAT
and vice versa next to the gameplay window. Having different denominations of Bitcoin can be sometimes a bit confusing.

Shoot us the features you're missing and we will reward one forum member with this Ledger Nano X hardware wallet!
Winner will be picked on Tuesday 5th of March. The brand new wallet is coming out on this March as well Smiley

Cheers,
Karl

Even after reading some of the feedback given by the other players, there is still that one feature that I have been pining for Bitcasino.io to have since Day 1 - a visual representation (if possible), of the state of current events being held with highlight on  current reward tier statuses OR even a anonymous pseudo-leaderboard for participating players.

This is ultimately a very good point, and being less conspicuous BY having higher levels of transparency is especially helpful in building reputation and at the same time, bolster trust levels between players and company... where a higher level would certainly guarantee long-term ties and be a win-win situation for all parties!

I can't access the website using a VPN. Do i need to verify account before using VPN? I saw on casino review website that, VPN usage is allowed on this casino and the residents from my country are accepted.

If I win big on this casino, do i need to complete KYC to withdraw money? I want to keep my identity anonymous on casinos. If KYC is mandatory please let me know. I can't find information about it as the website is restricted for me while using VPN.
I think KYC is required for big amount withdrawal. I have seen deposit option using Bank/Visa which means there will be KYC. My proposal to them is only to allow crypto deposit.

May be for big withdrawal on fiat casino is okay, we never have a problem with it but on bitcoin world, why should we need KYC? It is an anonymous place from the start so many people do not think that it is really needed to have KYC. And like you said if there is really big amount like 50btc ++ withdrawal then it might be needed but there are sites that even ask for KYC when we withdraw 1 btc, so I say if this is anonymous place then everyone should be anonymous as well, it will be better that way

Farewell LEO: o_e_l_e_o
So here is my post as I promised. Thanks for the opportunity to write a bit about Bitcasino.io. Other day I thought, as a member of your signature campaign I spend some times and give my review in this matter. I tried my best and here is my input.

Unfortunately I was not a user of Bitcasino however for this review, I created a new account and explored the features. Here are some addition/removals/updates I can think about:

> A new user tour would be nice. This will help the users to understand the site features. Take discord app as an example.

Would be nice to have the Ƀ balance too along with µɃ and mɃ. This will help the big players to place large bet easily. Think about the user who deposited over 150Ƀ in cloudbet.

Perhaps you can follow the marketing strategy that FortuneJack does. They keep sending promotional emails. These emails were created with thoughts. They are not just spam emails. They also have several promotion options like: 1st deposit bonus, 2nd, 3rd and 4th deposit bonus, free spins, weekly reload, loyalty program. You can do something like this to hook the new users. I like the promotional strategy from bet365 too. The promotion team is actively working to create creative and effective strategy.

Is this really necessary? People pick bitcoin to stay anonymous.  May be remove the buy bitcoin option using visa, bank deposit and use only crypto. This way you will not need to bother about KYC. In case of any confusion with the deposit, deal with the user by your special customer service team. If still there are confusion then just send the deposit back to the address it came from. Please refer to the scam accusations topic against cloudbet. Several users suggested this to cloudbet after they said that the deposit came from a territory which does not allow their terms.

May be an additional step is to use bitcoin sign message like YoloDice do. This will add another security level for those who do not want to provide their email address. Users need their options to stay anonymous.

> It's hard to scroll the menu on the left. https://i.ibb.co/pQBpv74/49902075.png
I tried with Firefox and Google Chrome but did not find the scroll option. If the scroll exist then you need to check browsers compatibility.

> A troll/chat box will help the users to spend more time in the site. Sometimes it's fun to stay connected with the like minded people in the same platform.

> Is there a betting history page? I do not see it anywhere. If there are no betting history page then this should be added. Also, deposit/withdraw history too. I am sure these are somewhere hiding.

That's all from me. I hope it will help the Bitcasino team.

Good luck Bitcasino.

Note: All feedback based on desktop version.

I would like to see a poker option but one that prevents cheating, unlike nitrogen where collusion runs wild still to this day.
Maybe a chat function that allows Private Messages to communicate with other players.

It's great that you decided to make a giveaway and encourage users to offer suggestions. I went through the website and came up with two pretty simple suggestions. The first one is to add a chat for gamblers. There's a live support chat, but I mean the other kind of chat where people talk while playing. The second is similar to what you've written about the currency converter: it would be nice to be able to exchange the accepted cryptos for one another on the website, I think. One could also suggest adding a faucet, but I believe it's not necessary since the games have the 'fun mode'. Thanks and good luck!

How about making "Send to All" feature ?
Send multiple address at same time, to cut the time down if they want to move their fund let say for their family or their friend.

Overall the ledget is truly masterpiece or I can said almost perfect !

I think you misunderstand the main question here, the site is asking people to give suggestion on what feature needs to be added on their site. Not to suggest features for the ledger wallet which will be the prize of the chosen suggestion.

@Bitcoincasino.io Currency converter would be good feature but probably built in exchange is a good alternative. There was a site with this feature but it was removed already. It is good if we can swap our deposited coins to other coins because maybe some games cant be played with the coin we have deposited. Another possible features can be something related to your available games, give your players details about each game such as minimum bet, how many reels, RTP, feature of the game (free spins/bonus game), etc. It will make players choose what game to play easier.

I have been betting over Sportsbet for more than 2 years now and the experience has been amazing. Frankly, didn't know that they have a sister-site too :p
Upon opening Bitcasino, the first thing I searched for was live p2p poker, which was missing. How about adding it?

I always google this kind of thing anytime I'm using a Bitcoin wallet,  the other thing that changes and is important is the block fees required to make the next block, or next few blocks;  I juggle a few tabs to make sure I wont stall when sending.   I usually go hunting on twitter for this kind of information but having it collected in one place already calculated would make it a bit easier.   I'm usually worrying too much anyway and it mostly clears fine even if not absolutely immediately in the next block, this very much depends on how busy the blocks are with transactions so I find its best to check rather then presume.

I'll double check if I can think up any dream features I would like to have Smiley
