Honestly, as someone that consistently speaks up on behalf of bitcasino, this easter promotion was a complete SCAM by them and that was their intentions.

make you wager a larger amount for a "special" reward, and in return that "special" reward was an 1 of many ENTRIES into a drawing for free spins.
IT WAS A COMPLETE SCAM BY THEM and NOTHING less. They absolutely KNEW how 100% of the players would interpret this promotion and wanted to play it off later as an 'oops'
I, myself, wagered beyond that amount each day thinking I would get something and when I only got the "special" reward 1 day during the promotion I chucked it off as 'their system is f'n broken' (those who have played this game with bitcasino in the past know what im talking about. Sometimes they dont give their rewards out and just say you didnt complete the terms when you know damn well you did).
They are just trying to save face, but we know what their intentions were.
Hopefully this is the last time this will ever happen at bitcasino. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

This casino has a bad reputation. I gave them another chance a few months back and have now closed my account too. There are much better casinos out there than this. They are a shady operation.

1. Please understand that the context of this promotion sentence  quoted below below does not line up with having a chance of 1 of 12 .

   I can safely say most would not wager 50 mBTC just to get such a small chance of getting some spins ?

2nd.  Im sure you can tell by my promotional activity that I do participate in is very low. I READ the terms every time and most times they are not appealing because of wager req..etc..  For me to have wagered more because i opted in on a promo ...you can be rest assured I fully read the terms

Also in the terms and conditions it's specified that Bitcasino reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.

When I opted in on the easter egg promotion, It did not say 12 winners a day

it stated that your daily prize would be selected by RNG. The second day in, on April 16 when I logged on in  the morning , the conditions had changed overnight after I had made extensive deposits that day expecting a return in the morning.

I have a screenshot of the original easter promotion page before it was changed on April 16
that states the following:

Whether or not you guys changed the T&C is another argument . Lets say it did say only
12 random players in the T&C.

still directly imply that if a User OPTS-IN and wagers mbtc 50  per day that they will get something in return.

Im not one to usually write reviews or respond to  threads, However in the hopes of helping even one person make a better informed decision. I've been

I have very mixed feelings about there promotions. Ones like the easter promo where you opt in and are told you will receive a surprise bonus @ some point throughout the promo period. It doesn't happen.

I mean i spend a third of my day on this casino spending my money but getting a bonus that's acceptable and fair and competitive from bitcasino
is like pulling teeth.

It was not always like this. though. 5 weeks ago  i asked for some spins after loosing quite a bit in a day, and the support staff named Hong said she couldn't offer anything but she needed a moment, which was odd because Hong would give me free spins almost daily.(average of three deposits in between)  free spins.  2 min later she came back informed me that loyalyty had given 50 mbtc to my account with no wager minimum at all. I felt  like they obviously cared enough about me and made me feel like a valued customer.

It seems as if in the last month everything's changed,... they treat there best customers worse by the day .  I have only ever made  4 withdrawals from here. nothing over 1 btc. and compared to my probably 2000 deposits  these withdrawals are miniscule.

 I  want to find  somewhere else at this point, that does value a daily customer such as myself . In my honest opinion, 10% does not apppeal to me at all.
I would rather deposit raw in hopes for a large win that wouldn’t require any wagering and on top of that I don’t want to be restricted to slots only for such a small reward. I sometimes like to play in the live casinos and wouldn’t be able to with a bonus, albeit a small 1x deposit rollover\wager, it still puts restrictions.

just HOURS after posting this reply I get an email from them on my 2 year anniversary with them for free spins.
Guess what. it's 20 free spins at €0.23 (€4.60)
I've made countless deposits with them over the course of 2 years and i get a whopping €4 to wager on a slot that has probably a 94% RTP. LOUSY!

I am completely disagree with you.
As of now i can see that they do have an active Bitcoin signature campaign going on and many participants and respected members of the forum are the part of it.
Moreover if there promotions would have been a joke then all the participants would have complained against them that they are not getting paid for their hard work.
And yes i also in the support that the  admin of the site has to really try his best in order to resolve their trust issues,  so that many people will visit their site.
