Took me almost a year before my first withdraw attempt, finally do and they ask for dox.

Hate giving my dox I know its not required by anyone they just looking for excuse not to pay and give you chance to loose it all back.  I even ask them to leave my withdraw pending so I cant lose it, they just ignore me and they wont give me time frame.  Still though I send all my dox right away.

I guess their system is so intelligent, when they detect our bets are big, their expected return decrease, and when bet small, expected return will increase, to lure players bet more.

After winning a decent amount I decided to switch to 12.5mbtc bets on the Panda game when I had 1.8BTC+

Throughout the 1.8btc+ I NEVER got a fair spin. It seemed all the spins where I was about to hit something the game seemed to act differently and completely miss everything. Over and over. It is beyond belief that nothing really hit after so many spins.

I'll admit after having previous wins I shouldn't have continued playing slots, especially after the game started acting up.

I already contacted support and was told they would provide proof of the session. I am more than sure that was not right. I am posting here so others can know and just in case bitcasino "forgets".

I read the latest reply to the thread and am amazed at how problems are left without a single response or refunds for the issues.

I feel stupid as hell for not reading them before now.  

EDIT: Forgot support told me they would credit my account only, which I have no issue with as long as I am able to withdraw immediately without issues.

So I made a .099 deposit and started playing thinking I got the 100% bonus until I realized I didnt and contacted support.

Apparently I had to enable the bonus before I even deposited despite seeing your site advertised not even mentioning this.
