Its like that on many different Bitcoin games. Reason being is that its completely based on luck and sometimes you can have a good week while other times you do nothing but constantly lose, its pretty normal to expect that.

It looks like the central america live casino table.
But you had no video feed because the background was black.
That shows how shoddy a provider they are using just like Cloudbet. These casinos using them as a third party provider ruins the players chances of winning just like you say.

This caused me to lose the hand without any action. I went to support for help and was told they had to investigate the hand. Upon investigation they sent me the follow. This is complete BS. How can I play a hand that I can see, hit or stand?
