What was your method of checking possibility of double casino accounts? With proper VPN it is not likely that you will find multiboxing accounts.
I guess you can only check IP - which is fine on basic level, but insignificant when there is someone willing to go all in. But it is good that you try to minimize this type of dealings.

Something similar happened with a previous draw (maybe valentine day's one ...not sue tough but everuthing is wrote in this thread) in which some players had multiple winnings but disclaimer of that draw had announced that one ticket per person policy.
That time also new names weren't drew; hope this time you will do the right thing.

We have now completed a full security review of your account after your allegation of your account being compromised / hacked.

As stated to our support team, you alleged that your account was compromised to our support team on May 13th at 16:29 GMT and subsequently reported on this forum on May 13 at 19:32 GMT:

According to our security logs your account has logins, deposits game play and withdrawals from the same location, which means the account was only accessed both before and after the alleged hack, from the same location.

You enabled Google authenticator on May 13 after speaking with our support team at 16:33 GMT.

On May 13th at 17:16 GMT you made a deposit (from the same cluster of bitcoin addresses as previous deposits), had a winning session on the games and then subsequently lost these winnings and deposit at 18:07 GMT.

You also had 6 other deposits on this day from 12:28 to 16:17 and on the same day at 10:46 and at 10:57 you made 2 withdrawals.

On Sunday 15th of May, a deposit was made yet again from the same location, played with these funds and lost them.

Therefore we can conclude that the deposits and games played, both before the alleged hack and after the alleged hack, were done from the same location. Deposits and game play from the same location also happened before and after gauth was enabled. There was no remote or foreign logins / deposits / gameplay / withdrawals on your account during this period.

We recommend that you always log out of your account, when you have finished your gaming session, else the cookie will be present to remember your login the next time you play. However to be clear, the purpose of 2 factor authentication is not to secure your own device / computer, but rather to stop unauthorized access from a remote location / computer. Therefore a hacker would need to know your username / password and a one time code from your smart phone, which means your account can not be compromised from a remote location. 

If you have concerns about someone else logging into the site from your own computer in your own home, we recommend that you log out after each session. To be super safe, you can withdraw your current balance after each session. In 2015, we processed withdrawals with an average of 2.5 minutes, so we have no problems with you withdrawing from your account after each session.

We have also checked with our VIP team in regard to the missing shipment from amazon (which amazon confirmed was delivered), that even though we paid and sent the gift, we allowed you to reuse all those points and put towards a new gift, so you did not lose out on anything.

On checking your previous chats with our support team too, we would like to note, that this is not the first time you have brought up similar issues at our casino to get refunds on your losses by threatening to post “on all forums”. 

If you wish to close your account, please let us know. As part of our responsible gaming policy and gaming license, we will immediately do so, and set a time period (if requested), whereby it can not be reopened until that time period is up or can be closed permanently if requested.

In conclusion, we do not believe your account was compromised due to the facts that:

- Your account was only accessed from the same location both before and after the alleged hack.
- Your account was only accessed from the same location both before and after the Google authenticator was enabled.
- No money was withdrawn from your account during the alleged hack (only played and lost).
- This is not the first time you have tried to coerce our VIP and support department into giving you refunds.

We never like to bring security issues onto the forum, however, when we presented you with all the facts over the weekend, you were not prepared to change your allegations on the forum posts, so this leaves us no choice but to post our “security review” response on here.

DO NOT EVER ASK FOR REFUNDS FROM THIS CASINO!


I have played over 200+ btc with them, and they can't even refund 1btc that is missing from my account after my account has somehow been compromised.

Also, they claim to send you VIP gifts, and "amazon says it was delivered", but nothing comes in the mail.


Seems this casino is/was nothing but a sham.

I've accessed my account for 3 several days without having to enter 2 auth info.


Clearly their 2 auth doesn't work so well if you have auth'd your account and don't hit the logout button to force your account to be logged out.

Clear security flaw on the casino's part.

with 2 auth enabled on your account, your account can still be access hours later via reopening the website on the same computer. 2 auth isn't enforced behavior on this website. you have to manually log out, and then back in for it to request 2 auth info again. clear security flaw. Bitcasino denies this behavior on their site, as well.

their site should boot a user's account after 30 minutes to 1 hour of inactivity, and force a 2 auth again, to make sure no hackers have accessed my account!

Still didn't understand if that missing Btc was withdrewn or busted at casino games or.just disappeared from balance. Just check transaction history or playtrought.
Hope youve explained in details to support what went wrong with your Account otherwise it may be difficult for.them helping you.
Just try to be a little more patient and monday they will look into it deeply.

A good start would be a long detailed expanation here , with screenshots and evidence of what  you are talking about.

Yes, it's very well possible they caused this problem and wiped my balance themselves, I'm not really sure. yes, 2 auth is/was in place.

All I know is they told me their security department doesn't work today, which is Friday, and that's shocking to hear from a casino!

Gotta go, busy playing right now at cloudbet and betchain without any issues ever in my accounts. ( but, they have a security team who works on Friday, so that may explain it )

If the money was lost, it's more of a gift  you're asking for than a refund.
